I was the first person in line this morning and I still had to wait over 2 hours for a basic tire repair. Somehow, they expect you to make an appointment when you suddenly run over a screw. Ridiculous.

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but I had to this time. We blew a tire heading up I5 and they had us fixed and back on the road in an hour and a half for $12. Incredible. We also had a bunch of stuff piled in the trunk so access was blocked to our spare tire. Not only was this not a problem, they repacked everything in a more organized way! 15/10 best customer service I’ve ever had.

They put some aggressive BF Goodridge off-road tires on my wife's FJ cruiser, I told them I planned to climb Mount Everest. I couldn't be happier about the entire experience.

I went to change tires here they dine have size, they ordered tires it took one week tires to arrive. And they gave me appointment after 10 days for installation..Pathetic service..

*THIS IS FOR THE LAKE STEVENS LOCATION!* I scheduled an appointment for 4pm to have my tire (that was secured under my vehicle) patched and have the front passenger side tire checked because my tire pressure monitor was telling me it was low. I was told it would take 90 minutes even with my appointment. My wife and I got some food and I received a phone call within 10 minutes informing me my vehicle was leaking fuel (from a previous thief drilling a hole in my tank) and they would not be able to keep my vehicle in their garage because it was “hazardous”. I told them I understand but then suggested they remove the tire needing the patch from the underside of my vehicle and take it into their garage to patch. The employee told me he would run it by his manager. I heard nothing back so I went to the desk and was informed they had my tire inside and were looking at it, I said ok thank you. My wife and I waited more than an hour and heard nothing. The store began closing and still nothing. I asked one of the employees why I hadn’t heard anything and he told me he would get his supervisor. His supervisor then told me they would be issuing a refund because they were unable to make any repairs and told me he thinks they put the spare tire on my vehicle. I told him the spare was already on my vehicle and the tire needing the patch was in the place my spare would normally be. He said “all I was told was that we were unable to do any repairs”. I then repeated his statement as a question and also informed him I had received no phone call and asked if my vehicle had just been sitting there. This place is a joke and a complete waste of time. Really happy that 2 hours of my Saturday morning was an absolute waste. Incompetence is all too common.Edit: After looking at the back side of my vehicle I noticed I was able to see the tire and the under side of my vehicle very easily. This should not be the case. After inspecting further, my tire was just hanging loosely on the underside of my vehicle. I had to tighten the tire back to the correct position. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a place that supposedly specializes in tires/tire service.

We had problem last night airing up our F350 and even while closing- Matt went out of his way and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We didn't even have an appointment or anything and he was finished with his day and he still tried to help us out. It didn't go unappreciated! Thank you Matt!

Great Service after the sale. My wife ran over a road hazard which caused a slit in a tire. Took into the Costco Everett Tire Center and they handled the issue immediately and had me on my way in a little over an hour. Top service from a great team!

I bought the tires, they were back ordered. Received a call. My tires were in. Made an appointment. Arrived. Waited half an hour to be told two of my tires were given away. Reordered a set. They arrived. Made an appointment. Arrived. No record of my appointment but they had my tires. Finally got my tires on my car. Need a better system. How about marking the tires with customers name and date of appointment. Just so the customer that did everything right is treated as such. Its like someone was allowed to cut in line. Btw. I had to stand waiting next to a man without a mask that claimed medical exemption. What a joke. How about no mask no service. I was and am frustrated and insulted.

Tire shop: I've had mixed/negative experiences here, but finally decided to write a review after my winter tire swap today. I waited around for 2 1/2 hours for a call that my car was finished (more than double standard time). I finally asked and was told previous supervisor had left and never called, and that my car was forgotten. I waiting in the tire area for an hour after killing time in costco for 1 1/2 hours before that. Employee was very apologetic (not his fault), but as a service center that was very unprofessional to waste that much of someone's time due to carelessness.Also, they have previously broken 3 of my rim center caps without offering to pay, costing me $45 as the specialty size is only available from a dealership.
