Shawn is a skilled expert and (I believe) a third generation watchmaker — I have him to thank for my now-running E Howard 1912 pocket watch. My experience as a customer who both needed a complex repair and purchased a watch has been absolutely stellar. I inherited a nearly unfixable antique family heirloom pocket watch that had never run since it was passed to me. Shawn might be the only person in the PNW capable and passionate enough to have persisted in various attempts to get it working. What we hoped would be a relatively easy repair turned out to be much more complicated. Instead of giving up, Shawn enthusiastically became a bit of a detective, troubleshooting possible root causes of the problem and eventually identifying the specific part needed. We communicated regularly about it for months, and since I was in no rush, my willingness to wait as long needed dovetailed with his curiosity and skill in his craft — as well as his immense patience and tenacity in figuring out and solving the problem. He spent two years on it, checked in with me throughout, and held onto it even after I moved out of the area and dropped the ball for at least a full year. I didn’t expect him to still have the watch when I called yesterday — but of course, there was Shawn, who remembered me perfectly and had stowed the watch with care. “I was just thinking about you,” he said when I called to inquire! He and another employee went above and beyond to make it easy for me to retrieve the watch as I couldn’t make it in before the store closed. The bill for all that work, plus secure storage of the watch for literal years? $160 - the cost of parts needed. Another repair shop might have charged me for every hour spent diligently working on this - even if no solution was found. Shawn took this on as a bit of a labor of love and I because his mastery and generosity, I now have my great grandfathers watch in perfect running condition. I also bought a beautiful Citizens watch at an amazing price here, which I still wear daily. Thank you Shawn and staff!

This amazing clock shop is amazing. The owner took a look at the cuckoo clock left to me by my mother, got it working and cleaned it for me in a few minutes while I waited. She also got a small pocket watch to start running again as well. Neither needed to be repaired, just set correctly, and so there was no charge. Such wonderful ladies and such a lovely, interesting shop full of every kind of amazing clock you can think of. Wonderful!

So happy I found Country Clock! My grandfather clock was acting up. Jodi was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly and Fred is amazing! We're all set, and very happy, especially our dog, who just loved Fred (and I think Fred reciprocated). I'm looking forward to bringing my watches in for repair next. Thanks Country Clock Shop!!!

Anyone who has doubts about there being good people who still believe in excellent customer service, please stop by Country Clock Shop for any clock repairs. Called early in the day to ask if they had a key for an old antique Ansonia floral clock. Karen answered and said to stop by. She has many in stock. Not only did she have one in stock. She proceeded to show me how the Ansonia clock operates, adjusted the bell to sound louder and told me how to tune it. She charged me nothing. She gifted the key forward. Which encourages me to do the same ... Anytime I need a watch or clock repaired, I'm driving to Country Clock Shop in Everett. Looking at a few old watches that I will be bringing over.

The folks at Country Clock Shop in Everett, WA are amazing--especially the woman who has saved my Nana and Opa's grandfather clock 2-3 times at this point. It's so interesting watching her pop open the back and go to work, she knows exactly what she is doing and is so at ease with all the little delicate, complicated pieces. She even let me know one of the bellows had come undone and was able to fix it on the spot. You can count on them for top notch work!
