The harbor views are great & I love hearing the seagulls in the morning. Several great restaurants within walking distance.

The check will n process at this hotel is a joke! We arrived around 4 and there was just one guy working at the counter with a big line. The guy was really nice but also responsible for opening the sliding door for anyone walking in. We waited for about 30 minutes to get to the counter. Then we were told our room want ready and he’d have to come get us in the lobby when it was. My husband had to keep checking with him as he was busy checking in other people. Finally about an hour and 15 minutes after we arrived we got our room. The room was fine, but we were tired once we finally got in. It’s a big hotel. There should be more people at the front desk for the 4 oclock checkin. It was ridiculous! First impressions can ruin the experience. We won’t go back.

Great place for us to stay for the night after Monster trucks in Tacoma. It was clean, quiet, and so close to the base, seeing the warships of our navy was a sight to see!Rooms: It is clean and easy to move around.Safety: Great neighborhood.

Front desk lady in the am is always rude. And that's honestly an understatement. I don't know if she hates her job, or her life, but she'll make sure you know how you contributed to her misery.Alaska, request literally any other hotel.

Kicked out because their TV wouldn't turn on, I asked them nicely to fix it, and they kicked me out with my baby and dog that just had surgery. For letting them know their TV would not turn on, the manager, who had worked for more than 24 hours while I was there, displayed very poor hygiene, a nasty drug habit and was rude. They called the police on me and wouldn't let me enter the building to get my child after I was kicked out. The police had to intervene to allow me entry. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!!!Noteworthy details: Hotel management on drugs

Checked in late evening on a Friday night. Just like others said, some homeless around the area. Not much of a concern because the police station is right behind the hotel. The front desk lady Lindy was super welcoming. Answered all my questions patiently. At one point there was an issue with how my package was book, but she offered help without hesitation and the concern addressed without hiccup. Underground parking was great, could have added plugs or chargers for EV. Location is great, lots to see and do around the area. Will book again without hesitation. Thank you Lindy!

Had numerous issues with this hotel. They don’t do housekeeping daily that would’ve been nice if they told me when I checked in, when I inquired why I did not receive housekeeping they said if I requested it they would do it daily, but that never happened. I also asked for a market item and they put me down for points had to get that resolved, I had numerous issues with the Internet. It was one thing after another, I’m a titanium elite for life with Marriott, but when my team and I come back in January, we’re going to be staying at the Hampton Inn. I’ve had enough of this place.

I got bedbugs while staying here a few weeks ago.Management was unconcerned when I informed them that I woke up with a rash and found a bed bug in my bed. Apparently was not enough to be worthy of concern. My bites turned into sores that were very painful and I developed an infection that I am still treating.

The location can seem a little unsafe due to the amount of homeless that are walking on the streets, but once you enter the hotel - you forget about it all. Great service both for the hotel as well as the restaurant, clean big rooms, the restaurant has great food and drink options, pet friendly, safe parking garage, just down the street from the main restaurant and shop strip in Everett. I'll definitely be staying here again!

This place is smack dab in the middle of the ghetto! We pulled up and there were homeless people everywhere. It was nice they had a parking garage, but kinda scary outside for sure. The doors did lock after you went out so that was nice. Smaller rooms, friendly staff.
