It is a place where nobody judges, making all experience levels feel comfortable.
Great coaching! Friendly and helpful. Class was small at the time I went on a Monday, but they still made sure to be thorough and teach each person individually. Made a great sweat session as well as improving my form.

Took my first weightlifting class at CrossFit Advantage and it was incredible. The weightlifting gym is an intimate setting with a great bunch of people. Next time I'm in town I will be back!
