Took a large motorhome RV for 3 nights with 3 kids.
Great experience with Cruise America - great prices (99$ for a night, beginning of September) nice RV and good service. If I will do the same trip again, I would use their service again!

The vehicle was pretty clean, but it had a mouse. We tried to chase it out, but never succeeded.

Everything was as planned. Trailer was clean. Pick up and drop off all smooth and fast.
Only make sure your return date and time. You can not drop off outside of operating hours / days.

The RV was very clean when I picked it up. Instructions on how to use everything were clear and they answered all my questions during the walk-through. My only complaint would be that they only give you a 2 hour window to return the RV before they start charging you $25 an hour late fee (after 11 a.m.). Clearly they are counting on you to not make that window and having to pay more. Regardless, 9/10 would rent from here again.

It's a great place to rent an RV; with all the necessessities for your RV's kitchen. Comfoters are provided, as well.
The company has been around for many years and is well run.
The crew at this location is dedicated, friendly, and hard-working.
The location has great prices on well-maintained and "pre-loved" RVs for sale, as well.
Extended warranties and convenient financing are available.
I highly recommend Cruise America in Everett.

Everything was great and in working order.
Came with literally NOTHING inside, but I didn't want to rent it from them cuz it was cheaper just to buy it from Walmart and throw it away afterwards.

I was very pleased with the experience overall. The RV was clean and had everything that I needed. Although the microwave was not working during the trip, they gave me a $75 credit towards the bill when I returned it. Mindy and Aisha were working the desk at drop off and pick up and they were awesome! Will definitely rent again but know now that I need to check all appliances before I leave.

Not having done this before, we were neophytes at it. Even with that, everything was just fine and per the salesman information and the videos that we watched prior to the use. We may have ordered a larger unit, if we would have had the experience. Olympic National park indicated the largest RV was 22 ft. We saw a bunch of RV’s much larger.

First RV experience was the best with Cruise America! We were on the road for 6 days and not a single issue with the RV.

I am very grateful for the team working here- we rented an RV for our trip from a different company, it had a mechanical failure, and Cruise America was able to get us sorted with an RV and on our way with ~12 hours notice. I was about to give up and cancel our trip, but these folks were our saving grace, thank you so much! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV that’s easy to rent, and they even provide services to refill and empty tanks (addt’l fee), etc, which is great for those who don’t want to go out of their way.
The RV was in great condition, very clean, and we were very pleased with our experience here.

Pickup and return were simple and straightforward. The RV was exactly what was promised. The experience of touring the PNW in an RV was fantastic!
The screen door did rattle quite a bit on our unit. Fortunately we didn’t have far to go most days.

Lynnwood branch very unprofessional, making rude comments about the customers. Took 2hrs to get the rv after our reservation time. Rv was damaged when we picked up. No refund for dropping off a day early. Fleet is super outdated and overpriced.

Rented a large RV for my husband's birthday for a week. Upon arrival, we started the check in process and I was intending to split the cost of the rental onto two cards. The person helping us was clearly new, and when she put the information of the first credit card into the system the split payment didn't process correctly and charged the full amount to one credit card. I checked my statement while standing in their lobby and indeed this is what happened which I showed them. They got on the phone with their IT dept, who apparently was unhelpful. In the end, their system showed it had been a split payment that only half had been paid, while I was looking at a charge for the entire cost of the rental on my card. Their solution? Pay the other "half" showing in THEIR system as unpaid to finalize the rental or cancel the reservation. I asked to speak with a manager, and Zach Simmons is who came out. He was absolutely rude, unhelpful, condescending, and clearly on a power trip. He proceeded (very rudely) to tell us the same thing over and over again, and that we had to talk to the bank about why that charge was there. He insulted us and threatened to cancel our reservation completely because he "needed to feel good about renting the rig and that we could handle it." Then he proceeded to completely cancel our reservation anyway and redo it again so ANOTHER FULL AMOUNT of the rental would be due. Luckily we were able to cover it AGAIN, and when I spoke to my credit card company they assured me the first charge was going to drop off. But it was holding $2400 of my credit limit until it did! I will NEVER be renting from Cruise America again, and quite frankly would love to see some reprimands to Mr. Simmons who literally brought me to tears with how rude he was. He definitely needs some additional training in customer service. As for the rig itself, it was nice. Only 20,000ish miles on it, and everything was in good working order the entirety of our trip. Also all other employees we encountered at Cruise America Everett were nice and courteous, and apologetic. The entire check out experience is the reason for knocking off two stars, because had we not had the ability to cover the FULL COST of the rental TWICE due to their computer system error, our entire trip would've been ruined, plus the absolutely rude and unhelpful demeanor of Mr. Simmons in this situation helped nothing, and check out took almost 2 hrs which made us SO LATE getting to our destination that evening. Otherwise, the rig itself was nice, everything was in working order, and returning was easy.
