Would not let me use my Mother's day gift card as hey claimed they had sold the business, and that was bought from old owner. Same name, same phone number, same data base. They were the only place I went to, but never again.

Nails could have been just a bit longer. And it's just not this place ,but all nail salons I really wish they would clean under your nails when they are done filing.

They did not listen to anything I asked. I got a regular pedicure for 35$ as listed on the paper and ended up paying 60$ out the door.

I liked that they got me in right away and she did a good job with my nails shape and worked very fast. But my nails do not look good and it's day 2 only. The lady who did my nails seemed very rushed even though no one else was there. And I got white nails and they are pretty thick and the color is not even all around and seems to be even peeling off. I got acrylic with gel white on top. Also you get charged extra for changing the shape of nails which I've never been charged for before.

I came here for a gel polish change 2 days before giving birth and ended up being there for over 2 hours, for polish change only!! They had to file off the polish 3x the first time they did the wrong polish and they kept forgetting to turn on the UV light so it wouldn’t set having to start over. I was 9 months pregnant so uncomfortable and scared to stand up for myself when I should have walked out. They kept apologizing over and over so they knew they were in the wrong but I wasn’t even offered a discount. Won’t be going back. Very strange and disappointing experience overall.

Trust the process. I have been getting my nails done here for about a year now. Any style they are able to do and the stylist remember you. Which is super nice.
I always stick with a black and white set. However, these turned out super cool. A set removal and full set of acrylic, plus nail art was $110. Pretty reasonable.

This was my second time coming here, but this will be my final time. Service was rushed and unprofessional. Everyone spoke in their own languages. The only time that they made conversation with me was to confirm that I liked my nails and that they were pretty. My pedicure looks awful and rushed. Polish and cut are not neat, nor was my cuticles cut. As far as my full set Acrylic nails, that was also rushed. Literally two to three people were working on my hands. I had to ask the older lady to cut my cuticles, because she was just going to glue the tips for my nails. And Crystal didn’t even ask me what color I wanted. I showed her the picture of the design but she didn’t even ask for my input. It was very uncomfortable to us because how she talks to her employees. I never understand if she’s upset or not. It seems like they were in a rush to go somewhere and I only say that because soon as my spouse and I left, Crystal and her people were walking out the shop right after us. It was only midday. I just felt like we were being rushed with the service and for how much money we spent, we should’ve gotten way more of a better experience than this. Crystal , you should be more welcoming and approachable. Sad because I actually always recommend your salon even though I’ve only been to your shop twice. I’m really disappointed.

Would not go back to this place even if I was local. We called to see if they could fit in two full sets. They said yes. So we went down.
Got there. And there was one gentleman there. And three workers. So my gf and I got sat down.
Wasn't asked to pick a color or anything.
When they did my nails, the lady who was doing them used the tool and cut 4 of the side of the nails because she was being so rough.
When she was getting the fake nails to fit, she got to my thumb, and I told her that I just wanted the powder on it, as I have shot fat thumb. I had to say it three times that I didn't want a fake nail on there. Then she started speaking in their language and I could tell they were making fun of my thumb, because they would say something and then look at my thumb. Not okay.
She went to pull of the dryer for the gell nails, and I told her I wanted just regular polish. She said it don't last as long, two or three times. I said I know. (I'm not paying $15 just for polish. When I know the bottle of polish cost less than half of that, and they can use that one bottle for at least ten sets, if not more, yes i understandthere are other expensivs that go alone with it, but still.) maybe if it was $5 I would. But not 15.
Even my gf nails were done, they massaged her hands and arms. But when mine were done, they rushed us out. (Mind you, there was literally no one else in there, NOONE). Oh and before she put on the polish, she wanted me to pay because of was getting regular polish. Yes. I understand it takes longer to dry, but there was no reason to rush us put. I could have sat there and let them dry. (Nail shops used to have a table to dry at, they don't have that anymore. Nor the spray to help them dry faster they used to have also.)
Not impressed at all. They didn't even clean out under the nails, non push the cuticles back at all.
Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else, oh and they have a sign that says free drinks, yet neither my gf or I were offered a drink the whole time we were there.

I went yesterday to get my nails done and I am always a little afraid to try new places but this place exceeded my expectations. My nails look just like the picture I showed them, I will definitely be coming back.
