They do our non-profit club in Everett, and they sent me a 1099 with the wrong SS# on it. That SS# owner is going to be audited because the accountant put the wrong number in the 1099. Wonder who got my 1099 with the correct number. Called them, waiting for a call back? If they can't keep SS#'s correct, I would think twice about having them.

Called about medical leave questions regarding a 1099G. Guy said google it. Thank you. Bye and hung up. Pretty abysmal customer service if I've ever experienced it. Wouldn't want him representing me to anyone. Especially involving financial questions.

Called to receive accounting and book keeping help. Had Otto just hang up and tell me there is no point explaining anything to me. My whole point of calling was to have someone help me understand not be told I don’t understand anything. Horrible service.

Extremely helpful. Our company was in need of payroll and additional services and Otto Chase provides an extremely high quality service. If your company is some what organized and willing to learn how to set up your accounts this is the place to go.

Mark Danta has been helping for a decade. We are lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful so close to home! Highly recommend!

Terrible service, and rude with ZERO listening skills. Will never do any business with this name. No thanks! Too bad Google doesn't have ZERO STARS because it is a more accurate reflection of Chase. Front desk receptionist was courteous though, but that's where the courtesy stops.

I've been using Danta and Chase for over 5 years. Tina and Staci are both great. They've helped me understand my taxes for my small business and make sure that I have all my ducks in a row. Always accommodating and available to answer any questions. They are great accountants and book keepers!

I've been working with Jenny since 2016. It was difficult finding a company to scale with me.

Mr. Chase is very personable and just as smart. He's not your stereotypical accountant and makes you feel at ease quickly. They have a great deal of experience and a lot of insight about the IRS. If you walk in with the weight of the world, and/or the IRS on your shoulders, you'll leave feeling like a different person. They know what to do and they can help. The office staff is also great. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I have been going to Danta, Chase and Co. for my tax services and consultation since 2003. My father passed away that year, and my taxes became very complex. They were wonderful in the preparation, and explaining all the details with the added intricacies that were involved. They helped me feel like I was in very good hands. I have known Mark Danta for many years, and his integrity and personal compassion to help others is copiously apparent in the business he runs. He is very thorough and meticulous each year when preparing my taxes. He helps to make sure that I do not miss any opportunities or details that have an impact my filing. I would strongly recommend Danta, Chase and Co. for your tax preparation and financial needs, as they are professional, friendly and precise with their service. It is always a pleasure working with them.

To add context - I am a small fitness business owner, who is entirely overwhelmed with the tax side of running a business out of your home. It is a nightmare trying to understand this stuff - and all I was looking for was some guidance, and in hope to hire this person to do my taxes and help me out. My money is just as good as the big timers, and I never asked for a handout. I am also only reviewing an experience with accountant Otto Chase, which may poorly reflect on the other half of the firm. If you check out the website for this company, you see a very inviting page, offering a free consultation and claiming to be a full service accounting firm. Upon requesting an appointment via contact form online, the only thing I received in response was, "Hello John. No thanks. Otto. " I responded by explaining that I was told I would get a free consultation, and asked if "No thanks," was really all he had for me - or if he could simply point me in the right direction. I even explained that I understand his time is valuable. To this, Otto responded, "That's all I got. Thank you for your time. Otto." So you you Otto - I say thank you for introducing me to he world of CPA's. I can only hope that there are some people out there that are willing to fulfill their commitment (a free consultation) to their potential customers, and actually care about the small guy trying to become the big guy, and then we all earn more together. I wish you nothing but good fortune, Otto, but I hope it doesn't have to come by making smaller businesses feel like they have nowhere to turn when speaking a foreign language (accounting/taxes).
