The staff is very pleasant, and the rooms are quite nice. However, don't believe the free wifi. You can only use it if you install the Mariott Bonvoy app, and they don't need access to everything in my phone to give me wifi.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We checked into another hotel late at night, only to turn around and walk out because conditions were terrible. They took us in at 11:00 with big smiles. I have stayed at Marriott Envoy hotels in the past and have always been happy- this hotel went above and beyond. The lobby and dining room were welcoming, clean and great lighting! Their secret weapons are their staff members- Sarah was training a new employee named Poojah- they both were terrific. We heard them chatting with other guests being interested about their weekend plans, looking up weather reports for guests, warming up coffees in the lobby etc. I would hire them in a minute. I wish I had gotten the names of several of the other staff members, because they were also great...hard to come by these days. Hope to be back to this beautiful area!

I don’t write reviews unless I’m really angry. But Delta Hotels Marriott in Everett is my first 5 star review. They have been beyond exceptional. Two weeks ago, my wife was helicoptered from Bellingham to Everett while in labor. Our daughter was born 4 months premature and we had to relocate to Everett to be close to the NICU she was at. Recognizing the stress and trauma my wife and I had been through, the staff at Delta have been extremely caring and sympathetic to our situation. To shout out some names: Rocky, the bartender, was the first who welcomed us to the hotel with excellent service and empathy that lifted our spirits. Daniel, the manager of the restaurant in the lobby, was kind, understanding and had good advice for us. Mary Beth and Jennifer and many of the front desk attendants, who I am struggling on names, were very helpful, tactful, and respectful of us. Everyone went out of their way to assist us and offer us kind words and well wishes for our daughter.
The quality of the hotel was top shelf. The showers were divine with amazing water pressure. Everything was clean and fresh towels every day. Comfy bed, good quiet air conditioning. We loved our King suite which provided just what we needed. The Pantry was dope. We felt like a million bucks. If I could give one critique, it would be the parking lot is always full, ‘cause this hotel is on point. Thank you guys for making our stay feel as close to home as possible. We looked forward to coming to our room after hard days in the NICU.

About 4 years ago, colleagues stayed here and said the homeless in the area were rampant. Sitting in between the cars, blocking you from leaving, etc. Recently i stayed in the area again for 8 weeks, and I said I would try it, and I wish I would have stayed here the whole time. It's definitely a business class hotel. Easy on/off to the I5, which might be a noise problem if your room is facing it. The breakfast was expensive and not included for me, but it was good. The pantry for status members on the 7th floor was regularly out of stock of parfaits (fan favorite) but had ice cream, sodas, danishes, chips, cookies, coffees and teas. There was too much to name bc it was a lot. The restaurant and bar made it easy to stay in after work. They have parking in front of hotel that is all fenced - gates were never closed when I was there. And an underground garage if you drive around to the north that accesses the main elevator. The area isn't really great, although I see improvements from 4 years ago. There are a few good restaurants about a 5 min drive in the other part of downtown everett.
Besides the traffic on the 5, the hotel was really quiet.

It was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay a third time. The staff is always friendly and it's a central location to the highway, transit, and the waterfront. They also have food trucks occasionally. The rooms are nice and spacious.

We had our Grandmothers 95th Birthday there. They made excellent Buffett food, they had an excellent bar tender for drink. The rooms were really nice the staff was polite and professional. We were extremely happy with our stay and the services for our Grandmothers birthday.

Easy choice, refreshed hotel with great rooms, beds and room comfort. Lots of food close by, quick drive to lots of other options.

I am staying here on July 1,2025.
But the air condition stopped working and around 1:45 Am I reported to front desk. They said there is no other rooms available to move me and my family. And no maintenance available onsite. It’s 78plus hot inside the room and kids started crying. This is really really bad customer service. I been pantsing with @marriot a lot, but this is the worst experience.

Wow, a hidden gem. I am so glad I found this Marriott hotel. Lots of perks for status members that I don’t see at most Marriott’s. My 3 yr old and I had a great time. He loved the VIP access on the 7th floor, full of snacks and drinks 24/7 access!

The front desk was very friendly and made our stay much nicer. The Macaroni and Cheese in the restaurant/room service is the best I have ever had in my life , hands down.

Stayed here on 6/14/2025, place was fine .clean enough. They were having some elevator issues,made getting around a little challenging.. expressed my concerns with my room to gal at front desk.. very rude and un accommodating, probably better off behind the scene that gal.. her attitude alone,will ensure me and my family won't return..

Loved my stay so much, I extended it! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Clean, thoughtfully designed rooms and amenities, and amazing customer service! Special thank you to Sarah at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect while I had some derailment to my travel plans. Marriott loyal for life!

We have relatives nearby and this hotel was the perfect location. Tools are clean and MODERN. Executive pantry was VERY WELL STOCKED, much better than some executive lounges. Staff are nice and attentive. We’ll definitely come back
