Reserved a room for valentines day weekend. With the agreement to pay a 50 $ damage deposit. Come to find out they charged us 194.00$ for a damage deposit. Then took a month to get it back! Absolutely ridiculous. And they didn't disclose that their pool was closed on a Saturday over valentines day weekend. The room was right along the busy highway . I will never stay here again .

Sadly, this was one of the very rare bad experiences I've ever had staying at Marriott Hotels. I am up at night due to my work schedule so the last thing I wanted on this night was for my cable in my room to go out at 11pm and never again come back on until 10am the next morning. By the time it happened, my wife and I were already settled into our room, she was asleep, but even a move to a different room was not even an option if we have wanted to according to the front desk clerk. When I discussed this with the manager the next morning, to make matters even worse, we were offered absolutely no sort of refund, discount, or anything. I will not be staying here again after all of this. Very disappointing...

We came to this hotel for a comedy show at the Angel of tge Winds arena. The room we were given was on the 2nd floor and had one small window that looked out on the roof and directly in from of the window was a huge vent. It was not pleasant to have that as our only thing to see. We went to the show and came back to the hotel and went to the onsite restaurant for a drink and food and we denied alcohol because we smelled like alcohol with the bartender citingWA state law as her reason. At no time prior to the denial were we obnoxious or indicating intoxication as we'd only had a couple of drinks at the show. When I explained we were staying at the hotel we were still refused service. This was a terrible experience.

It felt pretty mediocre. It was decent and clean, but the WiFi was useless, the comforter very thin, and you could hear the humming of the highway. There wasn’t anything that really dazzled me but it was OK.

When something goes wrong, that is the time when a company shines bright or falters. In this case, I left my laptop charger. It would have been a lot easier and less expensive to buy a replacement than to go through their lost item return. I called and messaged several times per week, approximately 10 messages/talking to the front desk. 40 days later, I got a return call. Every message asked me my information, and I gave my UPS account number to ship my item. The call back was for my information to text or email me a blank form to fill in all the same information and pay $33.00 for $4.80 postage because they won't ship on my account or let me send them a shipping label. Very rigid, clunky system. After talking to the front desk and escalating to the manager, I would have thought that they would make some effort to resolve the issue for all of our sake. If you work in customer service and don't have a heart for the customer- you're in the wrong business.

Food is the hardest thing to get here. Room service is lacking here. You can't call them, because no one answers the phone.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I always had a great experience. Last time we got our room upgraded thanks to the bonvoy elite status. We had access to the pantry in the top floor which was very convenient. Staff were really nice and easy to deal with. I was offered late check out which was nice as well. I will come back!

***The reason I'm giving this hotel a poor rating is because of loud clicking noise in the bathroom / wall. The first room we stayed in had a weird clicking in the bathroom that would happen every few minutes. It sounded like the GFCI outlet was getting tripped or something - it was extremely irritating, especially for someone with noise sensitivity it made it very difficult to fall asleep. We switched rooms after the first night, and our 2nd room had the same exact issue. Loud clicking every couple of minutes. It was SO ANNOYING. Felt like I was going insane, to be honest. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.***Aside from that, the hotel was very clean, and staff let us store our luggage prior to check-in so it wouldn't be stolen from our vehicles when out for the day.***Keep in mind- if you want to park in the security monitored garage, it's an additional $10 per night, and the parking lot is $5 per night. (Cost may vary depending on which type of room you get.) But there are also signs in those monitored areas that say they are not responsible if your belongings are stolen, so what's the point of paying for the extra security parking area at that point? Free (limited) street parking available out front. Wifi was adequate, faster wifi available for an additional $10 per day if needed. Breakfast is also not included***In addition to the potential up-charges- keep an eye on bank statements after booking. We were charged additional $50 fees and staff said they were having problems with a 3rd party over charging for incidental fees and tax or something like that. Every time I'd walk through the lobby, I'd hear the concierge on the phone talking to someone about billing statements. So watch out because you may be overcharged, and it'll take some time to get resolved. The main street area is a 20ish minute walk away - the actual town has lots of good food and coffee shops. Very wide variety of cuisines available close by.The hotel is right off the highway for easy access. Not far from Seattle, easy drive in for food and activities.
