We were pesented a price list and chose the 35.00 pedicure. They added an extra $5 to remove the polish from the previous pedicure. That was not listed on their price sheet. Very poor communication. I requested her not cut my toenails because they are at the length I wanted. She filed several down to little nubs!

I have really bad experience with them they are many drivers , no humility no respect I choose mine color they add their to cover their mistakes and charge me over $100 even not Deluxe
If you go careful no fear no shame
and she cut my own nails I was expecting apologies she try to tell me I don’t know anything about nails

I had the worst experience at this salon. I arrived with a reference photo of a French manicure in an almond shape and specifically said I didn’t want long nails. From the beginning, the technician’s attitude was one of complete annoyance. She filed so much that she left my nails in a pyramid shape—nothing like what I asked for.
When I told her I preferred not to continue because it clearly wasn’t what I had requested, she said I still had to pay for the service. I decided to go ahead with the polish just to see if it might look better—but the result was even worse. Right in the middle of painting, she answered a phone call and continued talking while doing my nails. The result looked like something my five-year-old daughter would do.
I had to ask her to hang up the phone because I was in a rush, but by then she had already ruined it. The white part of the French manicure was uneven and crooked, and she mixed it with a bright pink color with no precision at all.
I left feeling completely disappointed and upset. As I was leaving, I showed the other clients the result compared to my reference photo, and they all agreed it looked nothing like it. I walked out in tears, feeling powerless due to the poor attitude and because I had wasted both my money and time.

I really got a great pedicure today. Lon did a good job, thorough yet fairly gentle. Will definitely be back. Great shop, nice people!

Diana was absolutely amazing for my pedicure. She was very thorough, especially with my cuticles, and was able to accommodate my no-soak request. I have gotten fungus before, both in between my toes, and on my toenails, so I refuse to soak now. She took her time to get it beautifully done, scrubbing, shaping, cleaning, and applying cat eye polish (first time trying it). The other technician did my dip powder manicure, and she also cut my cuticles, as requested. Both did a great job. Highly recommend this place. I was grateful that on a Saturday it wasn't a zoo, and I just walked in.
Side note: upon getting home, I noticed that the "cat eye" effect wasn't complete over all my toenails, but that is a slight detail I am willing to overlook. Service was super overall.

Toe nails cut by Sarah. She is awesome!!
I’m a senior and walking isn’t one of my strengths.
I’ve been going to have my toenail done by Sarah over 6 month and she does a fantastic job every time!!
I highly reccomend her!! Prices very reasonable and Sarah does an excellent job.
Thanks Sarah for doing my nails yesterday snd as always an excellant job.

I came in at about 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 2nd. As I walked in. Y'all were busy and one woman asked my name then two women decided the time for me to come back. Then one of the women made an appointment with me for me to come back at 5:00 pm and I agreed to the appointment. So I came back at the agreed time and one woman asked me to wait because they were busy again, so then I sat there for about 15 minutes when another woman had just come into the salon to get her nails done too. The woman was then taken back to a chair and given service right away while I was still waiting for service. So I left because I was disregarded when they gave another woman service before me when I had been patiently waiting.

This place is very upsetting over priced charged different amounts everytime …Color never is the same as on the nail ring chart and if you bring it up she just adds another coat (like what) never going back

I came here on a last minute decision to get my nails done and they were able to do them after a 5 minute wait which was awesome!! They were super nice also and the prices are super good!!!! They also have a big charm selection which was great.

I normally go to a nail salon in Lynnwood, but I had the day off, live in Everett, and was looking for something close by, so I came here. I had two broken nails and needed a fill. My shape is a short, coffin. Everything was okay except she asked if I wanted to keep the shape. I said yes, and she started talking to her coworker in her native tongue. I never assume they're talking about me, but she said something, something "shape", something something. Who knows but suspicious. I don't care, as long as they do my nails correctly. Well she didn't. She put on the two new ones and both were obviously longer and thicker than the other ones. Ok, whatever. I asked very politely if she could make them the same, and she takes the electric tool and shortens it to my skin basically. Now it's SHORTER than the other one, and is no longer a coffin shape. I ask her to thin it out, she does, and it still doesn't match but at this point, she obviously is just trying to get me out of the chair (there were other people who walked in) so it's fine. I'll fix it when I get home. I always tip, so $50 for a mediocre fill with a rushed lady. And she wasn't gentle at all. My fingers are sore.

This group of nail specialist are great. I even showed up my first time close to closing (of course not recommended) but they graciously did my mani/pedí. I was forever hooked they did such a great job. Love big toe flower designs they come up with also. Waxing is also great.Services: Gel manicures

I moved to Everett two years ago and was driving down to Tacoma to get my nails done. Finally heard about Diamond Nails after going to a place that RUINED my eyebrows. These ladies have fixed them and do an amazing job with my nails and pedicures. They are patient and always listen to what I want. I would recommend Diamond Nails and these ladies to anyone!!Services: Nail repair
