I’m giving 3 stars because at least the guy who helped me out during pick up of my vehicle was super friendly and helpful.
However, the guy who checked me in when I got there for my appointment…. needs a little help with his customer service skills. He had a very meh attitude, and it did not seem like he was listening at all. I said my appointment was for tire rebalancing because I didn’t think they were balanced properly after the tire installation since my car was suddenly wobbly when driving afterwards. He then asked if I was there for an alignment, to which I repeated myself about the tire balancing. I already had an alignment done.
Mind you, I was with the guy the whole time he was checking out my car, and not once did he really look at my windshield wipers, however while we were walking back inside he tells me my wipers look old and asked if I wanted them replaced….. I literally just got them replaced with Discount Tire a month prior with my tire installation. My wipers are still in fantastic condition. Like what? Not sure I will be back to this location. The people up at the Marysville one were so much more friendly and attentive.

I always go to Discount Tire for my tires. This time I was finally replacing all 4 tires on my Prius. I had already decided what tires I wanted (some very high rated Yokahamas). I was able to get the them for $80 off on the Memorial Day sale. I ordered my tires online the week before my appointment. I paid less than $700 for the set, which was much better than any place else. When I got to the store, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was say that is about the best experience a person can have replacing all their tires and I have a 10 year warranty.

Jason handled a frustrating situation another employee put me in very well. He apologized for what happened and even lowered the cost of the tires I was buying as an apology, and got my car done in 30 minutes. Originally I gave a 1 star review, but I’ve changed it now thanks to Jason!

Great service! Caleb at the desk was really nice. They were really busy, and were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. No trying to upsell stuff not needed like other shops.

Absolutely fabulous service. I've been using discount tire for all my tire needs for the last four years, and I can't recommend them more highly. From free flat fixes to free rotations on tires purchased from them, they have top service. Every time I'm in their for a service, they remind me exactly why I continue to go there exclusively.

I’ve been a customer of discount tire for over 10 years, but haven’t used their services for quite some time. Yesterday my new car had a low tire pressure error message. I called Discount tire and made a same day appointment. Within 45 minutes they found and repaired the issue - with no charge since I have purchased tires from them in the past. If I ever need to buy tires, I’ll trust to get them from Discount Tire.

Went in to get some new tires put on new wheels and the staff offered to move the tpms sensors from my oem wheels to the new ones. I obliged and thanked them for the recommendation. But, they could not connect the sensors to the car after moving them. They also go on to explain how they don't even have the equipment to connect them and are telling me I now have to go pay a dealership for a service they didn't have the capability to execute in the first place. Lucky me now gets to go pay dealership service prices to fix a problem these people assured me they were capable of doing.

Always amazing service. They go above and beyond. Been a longtime customer. They have always done free flat repairs, nail removals with no charge, even if the tires were not bought from them. 10/10.
