Faced with full blown diabetes, Al helped me get in the best shape! Down 20 pounds with only 7 to go in less than 4 months! He pushes you hard, harder than I thought I could push, but most importantly, encourages along the way. Thanks for the help coach!

I've been going to Al's boot camps for over 8 years and did personal training with Al for 4 years and love the workouts! He does a great job changing things up with a variety of workouts. I always leave knowing I had an excellent workout!
