This store doesn't keep regular hours they open when they get ready to what's the point of having store hours if it's not gonna be open

I would rate it with zero stars but that’s not an option. Today some customers and I waited for over an hour for the store to open and no one came. This store also causes really bad OCD because of the filth inside. To whom ever is in charge please advise and or get in touch with the staff.
