“I shop at Dollar Tree for specific items, and there have only been one or two times that my local store has been out of stock on those items. I can usually find them at other Dollar Tree stores. I realize that this type of store is difficult to keep organized and so when I go in and things look like employees have been working at it I appreciate them more. Overall the attitude is positive and the employees are helpful when I need to ask for something.”

“I just returned from the Everett Claremont location and feel compelled to say a big "thanks" to the manager that resolved a problem for me. Two weeks ago I shopped there and bought about $50 worth of groceries. I was chatting pleasantly with the nice cashier and didn't realize that I used the wrong card to make the purchase. I noticed the mistake today when I checked my debit card account. I found my receipt and called the store and asked the manager if they could put the purchase on the correct card and charge back the funds to my debit card account. The manager kindly accommodated my request, saving me a great deal of financial misery. (I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income.)
BTW, I have shopped at this location several times a month for over 5 years and all my experiences have been positive.”
