On Monday, 11-20-23, I arrived to get my oil changed, due to hitting the 100k miles marker, I opted to get the brake fluid and heater fluid exchanged. Before the end of the day I was made aware of issues with my radiator hose/thermostat/and heater inlet requiring replacement. I got my car back on 11-22-23 with a 1,800 dollar bill. This is fair, and I'm glad the problem was caught.However, since the work was performed (two days ago), my car has had 3 "Check-engine" light warnings, 2 "Electronic Throttle Control" warning lights, and today while getting last minute holiday cheese, the engine stalled and shut off while driving through my parking lot.This is a 2014 Dodge Dart, which is very prone to electrical/engine issues. It took years to get them identified and resolved (had to go to an independent mechanic as Dwayne lanes could never track it down) and now they have returned after this visit to Dwayne Lane's.

Easiest transaction ever. I contacted dealer; Riley reached out and gave me the details I asked for. I told her where I wanted to be on price over text, we went back/forth a couple times, nailed that down, and they sent a driver to pick me up to sign paperwork after work. They had me do a test drive to confirm everything was as I expected while they prepped paperwork. I got back from test drive, spent 15 minutes with only a quick convo with finance where they offered me optional extended warranty at reasonable cost (no pressure), and we were done! So fast and efficient and no painful sitting through dealer add-ons I normally have to say no to and do a 2nd round of haggling.

This was a positive car buying experience. Riley, my sales consultant showed a courteous and persistent commitment to understanding what I wanted and finding the right vehicle. From or first meeting throughout the process she was cordial, smart and professional.

Our sales associate was Riley, and we absolutely adore her! She is so sweet and has a wonderful personality, which makes any large transaction feel way more at ease and less pressured. We really enjoyed working with her. She made our experience wonderful. We were only in the market for one company rig, but bought two. She got us a good deal! She also recommended several resources to help us with things we need to get done to the company rigs.Also, Leslie made our paperwork part super stress free. I was so pleased.Both, gave excellent customer service! We even got some yummy snacks.

This is one of the two places I will take my vehicle! The service staff are communicative and knowledgeable when explaining diagnosis and recommended services. I had a sound coming front the front of my vehicle and was not comfortable with driving it, I was able to drop my vehicle off 2 days before my appointment. Once the vehicle was diagnosed Jordan reached out to me and let me know the issue was my brakes, I was quoted an estimate on cost and they got me taken care of. The shop foreman recommended new lug nuts since mine had swollen. I felt very confident as a woman taking my car here and not being up sold or swindled. I purchased my vehicle in 2019 and have had most of my services preformed here, when it comes time for a new vehicle I will definitely be buying from here again!

Jesse was super easy to deal with, asked all the right questions and didn’t pressure me at all. I mentioned that I was hungry and didn’t eat, and he went and grabbed me some food. The level of service I received was a white glove experience. This is coming from someone who hates stepping into “dealerships.” I absolutely love my F150. The sales manager was extremely nice and professional as well.

The whole staff is super welcoming and friendly. They have a huge selection of new and used. A few years ago their service center really helped my sister with her vehicle. She was going to another dodge dealership but after experiencing Dwayne lanes she will never go back to the other. Seriously just a wonderful place to buy a car or get you'r vehicle serviced.

They were very easy to work with and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Gabriella was very helpful and easy to work with. I can be a difficult customer sometimes as I am very blunt and unwavering. Once we figured out to get me what I was after required an order, the process was very quick. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the work of the staff.

Great service. Was in and out with minimal time spent. My only complaint would be that I am no longer offered the package deal due to owning a Suzuki. But that isn't any fault of the workers.

Took my truck to try and get the recall done, and the service advisor, Rachel, helped get my truck in and out quickly. Thank you. Had to wait for it due to that being our only vehicle here, and us driving here from Texas, and it didn't really take that long. Staff was great, and service guys were quick, great job

We bought a used SUV from Riley. Great communication all around, and they got us in and out very quickly.Riley made our car buying experience very enjoyable. We never felt pressured to buy, and we felt heard. She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. We 100% recommend working with her - ask for Riley! She’s the best :)

Nathan was great with my car. I didn’t have an appointment but my car had to be towed to the dealership. I finally got a call and I was told it was a battery issue and they we’re going to have to order one. I was totally ok with that and prepared to not have my car for the next few days. A few hours later Nathan called back they found a battery for my car and was able to fix my car that same day. Very happy with the service I received from Nathan from beginning to end.
