We have Been with EBM for a number of years, in the beginning it was about price. But now it is about both price and service. they have been more then responsive to any service call or toner request. We have 5 large Canon and a number of smaller Canon printers in both the office and 6 fishing vessels. I Do not see us leaving.

I own 3 auto repair shops. For years I fought with printers, cartridges, toner, and failures. Every couple years buying the newest, latest and greatest hoping for less drama from a machine that is such at critical piece of my business. EBM took so much stress off of me paying one small price per month and never worrying about anything but paper. If you think you are saving money doing it yourself.... you do not value your own time enough! Thanks for the great service EBM.

EBS has shown true business integrity on 2 occasions. It was time to renew our printer lease with our huge copier company and we found they weren't straightforward with the figures, it was frustrating. We reached out to Dave with EBS, we currently had a service agreement with a copier we own for another location so I thought he may be able to help. He was genuine and straightforward with all the costs.Then the last company that repaired our old plotter informed us they could no longer service it but would be more than happy to give us a quote to lease a new one, bad timing during COVID, we don't need any additional costs. When I reached out to EBS they could have done the same but instead they offered to service our plotter and sent over Nick T. a great tech who had it up and running again in no time. Outstanding!
