I saw Allie for my haircut and she did a terrific job. She cut it exactly how I pictured it in my head plus I was getting bangs for the first time in years so I was nervous but they turned out great! She cut it in a way that I could get them out of my face if I wanted to because she noted that I have gotten bangs in the past and was sick of them pretty quickly.Service: Haircut

I would not recommend this salon due to the treatment from the receptionist.My daughter and I came in on a Saturday for a service for each of us. My daughter went first. All was well until it was my turn. While I was getting my hair washed, the receptionist became upset with my daughter for looking at their light-up humidifier and putting her hand through the steam. She scolded my child and proceeded to turn the humidifier off. I wasn’t sure what exactly occurred but it caught my attention. Then the receptionist proceeded to turn her chair towards us and stare down my child for several minutes, which was very uncomfortable. We were the only people in the entire salon and my child wasn’t harming anyone nor was she running around or being obnoxious.When it came time to pay, my child was looking at their Halloween mannequin heads and touched one with ONE finger. Again, the receptionist scolded her in an aggressive tone. I really didn’t appreciate that type of treatment after spending $200 and it being my child’s first salon experience. She left that day feeling very uncomfortable with the whole thing.Train your front desk on basic customer service and if she isn’t going to treat all clients with respect regardless of their age, don’t allow kids in.Services: Blowouts

I had an appointment with them at 1pm. I showed up a few minutes early. They made me wait and at 1:20 pm, I decided to leave as I had an important meeting later in the afternoon. I am very disappointed with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you have had a bad hair experience then you need to see Emily! She is a perfectionist at what she does. I had a consultation the same day she did my hair. I had a previous bad experience with a hairdresser and ended up with damaged red hair which is not my favorite on me at least. I saw Emily and she was amazing!!! She got rid of the red and was able to put some of my natural hair color along with some highlights. She did an amazing job and I’m so thankful I finally found someone that knows what the …… they’re doing . Thank you sooo much Emily for making me happy ? see you again soon!!!!

I said no layers but she still cut layers. Really frustrating because I specifically said a blunt cut. I have fine thin hair and layers looks bad on my hair type. My communication couldn’t have been more clear. It takes years and months to grow out hair.

Sadly, I am removing my 5-star review for Jesse's Enrapture Salon and reducing it to 1-star (less if I could). I had been a customer of Jesse's for close to 15 years, had referred many friends and kept going to the salon after he left because I believed in the salon he started. I tried to schedule a full foil with Emily, but was told she wasn't available and was given an appointment with a so-called platinum stylist named Nikki. For the avoidance of doubt, I went in with a photo and a professional stylist's description of how to achieve the color in the photo that I wanted (foils with low-lights on my natural level 8 blonde hair). I left looking nothing like the photo with hair darker than it was when I went in. I saw myself in the mirror in a store and looked so terrible that I was embarrassed and had to go home. I called the salon and very nicely explained that I did not get what I paid $350 for. They had me come back in and again I showed the same picture with the same description and Nikki added more foils. And again I left with darker hair that looked nothing like the photo. I called the manager and explained that I did not get what I paid for with the service provided by Nikki. She offered to have me come back in so that it could be done again, but it would be at my full cost. I am not a rich and had saved a long time to get my hair done. This cost me a fortune, it looked horrible and it looked nothing like the picture (which both Nikki and the manager agreed with). There was never any apology or any good reason given as to why my hair did not look like the photo. I've had this same service at other salons done with no problem. I feel like I was ripped off, taken advantage of and I am tempted to take them to court to get my money back. Do not go here.

It was my first time at El Salon and I am satisfied. Michaela did an excellent job, she took her time and I love the result. All the girls in the salon are friendly. and I will definitely come back.Services: Hairstyling

The stylist Nicky did not know how to style my curls using curl cream. She continuously rubbed the cream into my hair instead of spiraling it out. Now my hair is frizzy and I have to rewash it. Idk what she was thinking rubbing it into my hair as if it was shampoo. I’m even more disappointed in myself for sitting back and watching her do it. This is the ugliest I’ve ever looked coming out of a salon. Definitely won’t be coming back!Services: Haircut

It was my first and for sure last time I will ever step foot in that dirty hole. From the moment I walked in I was yelled at by the receptionist that I came too early and told to leave and wait outside (this was the rudest thing I have ever experienced and I should have taken that as a sign to not proceed) Against my better judgement (because I was desperate for a haircut ) I let Quan (who will from now on will be known as the worst "stylist" ever) "cut" and "style" my hair. She decided that she will not wash my hair as they looked clean and proceed to cutting my hair, oh for a whole 8 minutes. She then dry them without any kind of styling effort and to say I looked like a wet, homeless cat would have been a compliment. I told her I was not happy with what she did and she said that she did "what I asked her for" which is certainly NOT what I have asked for. She went ahead and charged me $52 for her 8 minutes of work and asked me if I wanted to tip her...talking about adding insult to the injury. This was by far the most TERRIBLE hair experience of life. BE AWARE!!!!!!!
