We were impressed with William the minute we walked into the store. We were on our seventh of nine planned stores and were not intending to buy without a little more research, but we were comfortable with the knowledge that was shared without any pressure to buy. It was a great experience, and we walked away with very realistic expectations of breaking in a new mattress.

We bought an adjustable mattress for our RV. Josh took lots of time with us explaining mattresses, having us try many different ones out. No rush, no pressure. They just installed it on the RV and explained the equipment. We are so pleaded and excited!!

Joshua and William really helped my wife and I understand what we needed for a mattress. They did this by letting us try out each mattress and asked good questions on our comfort levels. We ended up picking the Posh and Lavish, and they were able to work out a great deal with us. They asked really good questions to help us pick the right style that we wanted, at a price we could afford. We will definitely be going back to them for future mattress needs!

Would give 10/5 stars if I could, I’m not one to usually leave reviews on places but this one deserves it. Wife and I were referred to ESC online, though it was much further away than we planned on shopping we are glad we made the trip there. Josh was simply great. Honest, knowledgeable, extremely nice with zero pressure. We came there to look at 1 specific mattress, and he offered to take us through the rounds and test a selection of others to get a feel of different styles and technology and even making sure to select the right pillow for our needs and likes. Even when it got busy he was professional and dealt with multiple groups of people no problem and always picked up right were we left off. It gave us time to relax and test a mattress just like we would at home. After trying other mattresses we ended up changing what we wanted completely and found something perfect, and bought it right there and then. Though I have very small doubts we will need to exchange this in the future, their 1 year exchange policy is fantastic and I have no doubt Josh wants people to sleep their best and will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. Best buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Will definitely be recommending ESC to everyone in the future.

We stopped by ESC mattress center a Saturday evening shopping for a new king mattress. Joshua, the owner, greeted us and helped us over the course of 90 mins showing us various options and giving us a lot of space to settle and feel comfortable with the mattress that we settled on. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. We really enjoyed our mattress buying experience and would highly recommend the shop for anyone in the market for a new mattress!
