We needed last minute moving and Established Moving & Storage went above and beyond to help us. Liam and Rondon were friendly, professional and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

They were very professional. I got a quote quickly. I had to even push back the date as we were still closing on our house. They didn't get upset or bother me about it. They just told us when you ready we will be there. When we called back to reschedule they got us in on the day we needed! They even worked with us on the deposit. The 3 gentlemen who came to move my items were very efficient and polite. They didn't break anything. It felt almost like they were friends that came over to help us move. The price was amazing for the travel and work they had to do. They gave me a flat rate with no hidden fees. Worth more than 5 stars.

I'm really here to report the sick employee they have working for them. I was driving, minding my own business when I heard someone go "hey baby" and saw it came from some guy sitting on the passenger side of this moving truck. Very shocked this came from someone on the job and to make it worse, I was stuck in traffic and whenever the truck approached next to me, the same guy would hang out of the window trying to cat call and make kissing lips. I'm absolutely disgusted and hope the owner fires this guy. I wish I caught his face but taking a pic of the truck was the best I could do at that moment in time. This was on 405 south going through Bellevue/renton on 11/8/2023 around rush hour. Not sure if that narrows down who was on the job, but I hope you get rid of him bc who wants this creep around.

Honestly wondering how this business is still running when their customer service is so disappointing. From poor communication to last minute change of plans and then acting like they've done nothing wrong. I hope this place goes bankrupt.

Super unprofessional and rude! This would have been my second time using them (I was not present for the first, but they packed up and moved my 1 bedroom a few blocks away for $1200). Seemed easy enough to use them again, 3 months later when I returned to Seattle. WRONG! I booked on Th for a move on a Tuesday for a rate of $149/hr and window from 1 PM - 3 PM arrival. The next day I received a promotional text for $109 and responded! Shortly after I received a call from Parker saying this does not apply to me, my rate is $159/hr ($10 more than quoted the day before) and if I don't like it, I can cancel. With my move being so close, I kept the appointment. He said they could be there around 8 AM and I informed him that I booked the afternoon time slot because I was not available in the AM (flying in from out of state). He then said the window would be 12-3, and the call ended. Super rude the entire time, like it was my fault I recieved a quote from the Florida marketing team (found this out the next day when I received another promo text). Moving day comes, and they call at 1015 to say they will be there in 30 mins... I informed them like I did Parker and the original booking agent that I was not there yet. They said okay, they'll have the office call me. At 1230, I called to make sure my move was still taking place and Parker stated that they couldn't just sit around and wait for me (again, not my fault), so they went to the next job but they'll get to me after. They called at 245 and said they'd be there in 30, so I lifted to my storage. After 4pm, Parker called and said they can't get to my storage unit due to construction.... I saw busses and fire trucks on the same road and they moved me there 3 months prior! He then said he'd be cancelleing and refunding my deposit, leaving me with no other options For that day. Save yourself the headache! I also took a video of the very clear street.

I don't even think one star is okay but if that's what it takes to get a post then so be it. Kevin the owner or so he claims to be is a complete liar. This company only cares about the dollar and how much they can get from you. The price they tell is significantly different than what you end up paying. And forget about communicating with your movers. one of mine got cranky with me when I asked him to be careful with something.. as if I were asking too much. Additionally a piece of furniture was damaged, I took a picture and sent it to " the owner " KEVIN.. crickets... nothing ... no response. I moved on March 1 .. it's March 17th. I have not heard from anyone.. The damage to this table has left me so heartbroken because it was a twin piece to another table to which was given to me by a person in my life who is no longer here. This company is insensitive, unresponsive and without a doubt the most insincere people I've dealt with. It's really hard to imagine why I've not been compensated but clearly they don't give a damn. DO NOT HIRE these people. I called " All my sons" and was connected to Established Moving .. Lynnwood WA. Horrible staff too, rude and youll get a call center in another state if you do call these people. Stay away from them

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother. She requested a 2 man crew and truck for her move from her storage unit to her new house. She drove to her storage unit (1 hour) to meet them at the scheduled time of 8am. She waited for about half an hour, and no one showed up, so she called them. They claim they tried to confirm with her by phone 15 times, but she didn't pick up, so they didn't send anyone. She had her phone with her the entire time, and had no missed calls. They also confirmed they had the correct number. The moving company said they can reschedule for 11:30, but she had a bed being delivered during that time. Once the bed had been delivered, she called them and let them know she was free. They said they had a crew in the area, but it was a 3 man crew instead of a 2 man, so the hourly cost would be more. My mom was frustrated at this point, and agreed, just so she could get out of her storage unit in time. Moving is stressful enough when the movers show up on time. It's very unprofessional to make an appointment, and not keep it. I also feel like she got tricked into getting the more expensive 3 man crew, and ended up spending more money than she wanted to.
