Jeff has been taking care of our cars for going on 35 years and now his son Levi is starting to take the reigns. Always treated us fair and took great care of our vehicles: 1963 Land Rover, 2001 and 2005 PT Cruiser and before them the Pinto, Neon, 4Runner, Geo Metro, Chrysler vans and station wagon.

My transaction today with Jeff confirmed my belief that auto mechanics should stay in their lane (literally). And not try to also be car dealerships. I found a car for sale on their "lot" from CarFax. Went to see it today (prior to reading their horrendous reviews - I wish I would have saved my time). When I got there I discovered the car was basically false advertised on CarFax as having keyless motor, remote start, and many other things that just didn't exist in the car. First Jeff told me that if I knew anything about that car brand I would know that stuff doesn't exist for them (so I'm an idiot for not knowing these things were listed incorrectly). Then he blamed CarFax and said they just add stuff randomly. I take him for his word and think perhaps he has just been too busy to check his CarFax ad to ensure accuracy and move on to the next topic of the timing chain. I had researched that a common problem with this particular car is the timing chain so I asked him about it. He said he installed the engine himself and that the timing chain was fine. He then started backing up and said, "sounds like this isn't the car for you." And literally walked away. I said "nope, bye." I then went down the street to an AWESOME dealership and bought my daughter her first car. Woohoo! I do hate that this thing forces you to select one star. Note to Jeff: Hey, you still have a relatively good reputation as a mechanic. Why not ditch the side show you clearly have no time or patience or social skills for? Just a thought.

We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.

Person I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment was incredibly rude! Rushed me on the phone like I was wasting his time and then quickly hung up on me when I found out they were only scheduling weeks out and I needed something sooner. Haven't been here before but I'll definitely be looking else where for better customer service. What a way to represent your business!

They have done work on my vehicle in the past. I recently brought it back here and they did a full tune up and replaced my oil pan gasket along with an oil change. My Ford no longer shakes when I drive it and its so quiet I don't have to blast the music to drown out the sounds ?. I live clear out in the Arlington area but will continue to use them. I used to work in the Auto Industry and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are all super reasonable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend my new car doctor! I took my 08 Jeep Liberty in for a Check Engine Light. They did a thorough check-up, diagnosed a couple potential issues, and offered a very fair estimate.

I called to get a quote an he was very rude an hung up on me without offering to have me bring in my vehicle an have it looked at just said he has been here for 30+ years an if he has not seen my car he is just p!$$! in the wind an hung up.... good customer service sad that I was even referred by a customer of his but he did not even give me the chance to set up an appointment just hung up on me.......

I had a part fixed by them and it lasted 2 years. I called and told them it is the same problem as last time. We scheduled an appointment and I had to wait a week. When I arrived they told me that I should have told them that it was the same problem because and I will have to wait another week. Which I did tell them that it was the same problem. So to surmise they will Lie to your face. Don't go here!!!!!!

Edit: That wasn't me, sorry. I called today and that isn't how the phone call ended. I'm not upset, just reporting my experience.Legit hung up on me after asking for help trouble shooting a drive line vibration. I guess he was direct at least? Very odd customer service..
