I love coming to the store. The girl that works in the store always helps us out and recommends cigars for my husband that loves to smoke and she's amazing. I really like it. That's good customer service. Every store should have something like that.

Kudos to Jeramy for his review. I came across the same situation, she was on the phone almost the entire time. I bought 7 small cigars. I intended to take the empty tin with me but she refused. Instead she pushed off any old tin they had laying on the floor. I almost walked out. I love cigars and tobacco too much to simply walk away! I took the her lousy tin and attitude/service, the precious cigars, and swallowed my pride. Return customer... we'll see.

Owner has a huge selection of pipe tobacco in the tin and bulk. Best shop in the north end.

I love this shop! They know me when I come in. Are knowledgeable about their products, helpful, not pushy. Everything is always fresh, nothing stale. Been coming here just over a year. Highly recommend. We smoke mostly pipe tobacco and roll our own cigarettes, but have snagged some delightful cigars here too!

Great place but if the lady’s there don’t ask for nothing because she don’t like talking to people and is literally ALWAYS on the phone with someone chatting up a storm. Been here many times and only seen the man twice. Only reason they are still around is because there aren’t many good tobacco shops around anymore

This place is the best and had the finest tobacco I've seen. They even Mac Baron vanilla flake. Best I've ever had. The customer service is on point too. Be good to them and check it out.
