10/10 experience - Tony, the manager, made getting started as easy as possible and was super friendly and informative! I called last minute right before close and Tony was still able to accommodate a tour, helping me decide what size unit would be best & getting my account set up all in less than 30 min! So happy with my decision to go with Everett Downtown Storage!

This storage experience far exceeded any expectations. The manager Stacy was extremely friendly, helpful, and brought so much personality into the process! Overall she is such a wonderful asset to this establishment. We would come every Sunday just to know we would have her to guide us through the process!

I have been a customer since 2019 as I didn’t have a garage or room for extra totes. I was just able to move into a house with garage and was able to empty the storage unit. Worked with Tony and he even congratulated me on my move!! No complaints over the last 6 years!!

The insurance options at ever downtown storage gave me the confidence to store valuable electronics and music equipment!
Of course the safety and security of the building will provide i shouldn't need the insurance but I can sleep better at night knowing im covered.
These folks are the dream!

Great people, informative, and helpful! Have been with EDS for a couple years now. When I had questions about a claim for minor water damage from a leaking box, they guided me through the process efficiently. I've had a unit at Everett Downtown Storage for quite some time. Facility and security are exceptional, as is the service from the staff. I've rented from other companies before, but won't be going back. Everett Downtown Storage is clearly superior.

Tony quickly addressed my concern and made everything right.
Tony is a go getter, no task is too much for him. He's a problem solver.

This was the quickest easiest lowest pressure storage rental experience i have ever had. Quick easy, inexpensive, exactly what I needed, location couldn't be better. The manager was awesome. I can't remember er hia n.e but he distributes smiles.. that's what I has on his card. I'll send all my friends over. I Highly recommend this place.
