Great place! I’ve was a customer here for 12 years and have nothing but good things to say! The manager and her family are awesome and very understanding. The receptionist is nice too and very funny.😁

I have no complaints AT ALL! MEGAN is the best!! They have always been very nice and understanding ....not to mention patient when times have gotten tough!! I have had several units there for about the last 4 years and like I said ...no complaints at all!!

The owners are wonderful. Wife is very caring & understanding. She just asks that you keep her in the loop as far as what you may be going through. I plan to keep this unit for the long haul for sure. 10 out of 5 stars if that were possible!

I've rented through Everett Mall Mini Storage off and on for several years. They've always been accommodating and understanding, and they take security VERY seriously. If I hadn't moved out of state, I would absolutely rent there again.
