Shout out to Amanda for helping us with our accommodations! Thank you so much! She went above and beyond to ensure our extended stay went smoothly. Also a big thanks to Amy and Geneva for helping us when we first arrived to settle in and the following days afterwards. Highly recommended, awesome customer service :-)

The staff has been more than helpful and the people have been kind. The pet areas have been clean and people were nice. The washing machines have been a one and done deal. Normally I have to put clothes in the dryer more than once. They leave coffee out a little later too which is nice.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty good, except for the neighbors, they would wake up in the morning to "do business" but they were a nice couple. Beds were comfy, tv channels had everything I needed, and the gated parking was very nice. I would stay here again.

Boeing is located 5 minutes from your hotel everyone knows the workers work around the clock on different shifts. When checking your guests in letting them know verbally there is construction happening between 9-5 so the guest can say I sleep during the day is there a room where there isn’t noise? That is the compassionate thing to do when checking guests in a long term stay hotel with construction going on . My son works for Boeing sleep during the day I recorded it all they did not care that we could not sleep, They would not move us away from the horrific amount of noise. My son works into the night working overtime on the weekends for weeks in a row He sleeps until 1:30pm it’s amazing he could go to work , we were so sleep deprived and I was told by the manager my warning about the construction was the big plastic on the building. I had no idea the plastic meant drilling next to my sons head for weeks on end while he was trying to sleep. Sleep is the only reason we pay for a hotel. I had never lived at an extended stay before never stayed at a place with that level of noise nobody should have to pay to cope with sleep deprivation..I’ve never met people with so little compassion they acted as if I did something wrong. When a customer asked about the construction at the front desk , I told the customer we had drilling in the room right next to us for weeks during the day. It was the truth and if management and employees aren’t going to care about their customers ability to sleep then I would tell her. The next day the manager acted hostile to me telling me she would gladly find me other accommodations that she can’t have me telling customers , I said you should be letting customers know. The same manager would not allow me to use the new reservation I found a lower rate my original reservation was ending, she refused to give me the new better rate saying her extended stay has nothing to do with the extended stay call center and told me I had to keep my original higher price I booked in at . Due to frustration and inability to sleep and the managers hostility toward me I felt threatened in the environment we were living in.My only choice was for us to find other accommodations. When I checked out the front desk employee threatened to raise my daily rates for moving out early. Even though I had already stayed past my original booking. If these are the practices of extended stay I highly suggest you choose a better place to stay. The next morning after the construction was done the fire alarms were set off ever 3 minutes for 2 hours in our rooms .They emphasize non smoking rooms everywhere and both rooms reeked of cigarettes the walls in the bathroom had yellowish brown dripping down the walls . The smell hit you in the face every time you walked in the room .

The staff here have been extremely helpful and supportive while moving here for work. Rooms are pet friendly and accommodating for even big dogs. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for temporary or extended stays!

Horrible parking. Handicap spots are usually taken without plaquards in window or plates lots of dog poop from large dogs all over outside. Have some great staff and not so great.

Well its okay some of the staff could be more pleasant but the maintenance worker is awesome hes super friendly and always respectful and helpful, the maids are nice as well they do exceptional when it comes to the rooms. Now for some of the front desk staff on the other hand, not so great like the new male receptionist he was rather rude with his lack of customer service and just carelessness of my issue at that time and the older dark headed women in the evenings has just been down right uncalled for at times when it came to just going down to ask for toilet paper or the fact that more than once to go and get sheets they didnt have any to give atm like are you for real right now. They seriously need to clean there stairways everyday there gross and smell awfully distgusting and are always stuffed on every floor with trash just lying in bags because people are to lazy to walk it out to the dumpster but maybe if extended stay hired on more than just one maintence person instead of being so cheap they might get better reviews instead of fake reviews the manager makes when asking to see guests phones to write his own perfect review which i find completely violating but when your a guest that just wants to get your room and with no hassles of course i guess you'd fall for anything a manager would ask of "right?" Well.. when it comes to a review or rating per say this was in 2021

I stayed there for a long work stay in Everett. I had to ask multiple times to have new bed sheets and to have my room vacuum. But that wasn't what made me check out early. I found out they have bed bugs.

Excellent for extended stay..in regards to some of these negative reviews... It's an extended stay hotel.... You want a pool or a gym, go pay $150 bucks a night somewhere else. The amenities are few to keep the prices lower to stay weekly..This hotel has NO bed bugs.. always someone trying to complain to get something for free...And lastly , Oh No!! Theres no toaster in the room, 2/5 stars.... Go spend 5 dollars and buy a toaster....

The only saving grace for this place is the beds. Garbage in hallways for 3 days! Very smelly.

Very bare bones hotel. No pool, no gym, no ice machines no hair dryers or coffee in room. That being said had a kitchenette with full size fridge. Room itself was decent.

This is the worst place I have EVER stayed!!!!! We waited at the gate for 5 minutes because the key didn’t work! Then we get in because someone showed up in a car behind us. We finally get in and no one is at the front desk. We wait another 5 minutes until she shows up. She is nice but this is ridiculous!!!!!!!
