If I could give it a negative i would i waited all day to have my package to be redelivered. Since your carrier doesn't know how to read or do there job. This was my medicine that was time sensitive needs to be refrigerated refused redelivey by the driver 4 times. After I called numerous time. This is my medicine I needed. I will be talking to my lawyer because you refused to deliver it.

FedEx is my last choice for a shipper. Misdelivers packages and getting help about it is a brick wall. Also makes no effort to expedite a delivery when you have paid more for that. Very expensive to try to ship with them.

Grrr FEDEX! Package coming from France. Tracking says arriving on Monday! But requires signature so I cancel everything and wait. Package does not come. Now tracking says it is at FEDEX in Everett WA undergoing "clearance." New arrival date. Same drill. Package does not come. Now tracking says package is in Memphis undergoing "clearance." Days later it is at FEDEX Everett, but out of "clearance". Days later it is in Memphis again. Then in Everett undergoing "clearance." Then out for delivery 9-12. Then out for delivery by end of day. Finally, package arrives! Packaging looks like it has been in a bar fight and lost, and I see a new handwritten address is my street, but "Northeast" instead of "Northwest." Check to make sure I didn't have a stupid finger issue with address. Of course not. So, I don't know the whole story of the wayward French package. But I do know to make a recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS, USELESS COMPANY IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY EXPECTING A DELIVERY.

I brought in a package to drop off. The lady told me it is too big (it is a La Pavoni coffee expresso lever machine), she cannot help, and I have to bring it to the main FedEx location. I brought it to Walgreens a few hundred feet away right after that. They took it without a word. WoW.

FedEx delivered a large package blocking my entry area that wasn't mine. Driver didn't bother ringing the doorbell or checking the correct address and I couldn't get any support online.

Why do people still use FedEx? They don't care about our packages.They lost one of my 4 packages and even with video proof and 2 affidavits from witnesses. They just ignore me. So I am out $132 and they don't care.

Eeek me thinks not. Kudos to FedEx for stealing or losing my package while marking it as delivered. Also grateful for each of the four employees who said they would follow up with a call in the afternoon or in the morning. UPS, Amazon, and USPS are so much better.

I had 2 large packages of furniture delivered today and the driver never even rang my doorbell, They were just left on my driveway in front of the garage door, First the tracking showed that they were going to be delivered on Monday June 13, I stayed home all day waiting so I could show them where to put them INSIDE MY GARAGE and by 9pm that night I checked the tracking and the delivery status had been changed to "Pending " When I called customer service the next day and asked how does this happen when it had said they were loaded on the truck that morning and were out for delivery by the end of the day, they said they had no record of that! Everyone I know has had a bad experience with FedEx.

I need a zero star rating option for how terrible FEDEX is I get told package will arrive no later then Wednesday then I get told Monday when I ordered on Friday. Earlier right I thought wow great service then I get told my package is being shipped cross country on ground and they couldn't track the package so I call around terrible customer service the agent wasn't able to help said it should arrive Friday then I called adidas they said they talked and it would arrive within 24 hours on Thursday then I called and seen my package is 45 mins south of my location so I call to see if it's arriving today so I call fedex again and get told it's needing to go to another station which is now 2 hrs north of me so they are moving my package 3 hours from there location driving right by me to go north then arrives the next day makes no sense when there's a fedex shipping center actual warehouse where packages have gone to before which is a mile away from my place fedex still says it needs to go to the northern one that's 2hrs away to be delivered to my place seems to me fedex logistics is unpractical and I will not be using fedex again the worst shipping company there is rather use usps at least they gotten all packages on time

FedEx has become a horrible shipper, and I honestly feel like they don't care. Paid for overnight Saturday by noon for an important financial document. Status still only shows it has left Memphis (from Maine to Everett, WA). That was two days ago. Tracked it down to the Hardeson sort facility. Went there and only one person was there and after waiting nearly an hour with no progress in line I had to leave. Rubbish customer service.
