My document which is supposed to be delivered to mill creek ,WA, was left at your Bothell office for three days and I had to pick it up myself on the fourth day. I am very disappointed with the poor service, especially from an international company like fed ex. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dropped my package and asked for a receipt. They refused to provide me with a receipt and said that I should get it by a text message. I didn't get any text message and asked to return it to me. They refused to return my package until I showed my ID.
It's definitely not the best customer experience.

Very easy to drop a return for Amazon. It must have taken as much as 90 seconds.

Fed ex left the packages in the lobby in instead of taking them to the apartments where they belong. When they do that they get stolen. Stop being so lazy and take the packages to where they belong

Just your normal FedEx. I like this stores customer service. But they should ask the customer if they are in a hurry before they have a trainee do the work.
