If your trying to fed ex make sure that you already have the sticker already on it or have some kind of barcode for them to scan I'm not sure what that's all about but they wouldn't except my package I had to go somewhere else that the lady at the desk recommended and then to another place after that.

They sent my replacement phone to the wrong address 3 times and the last time was supposed to be a signature only delivery and they delivered it to the wrong address again and signed off on me signing for it when it was someone else. I guess they didn't bother to look at id or anything like that

The Chinese Company Webu does a better job of sending, tracking and delivering packages then FedEx. How embarrassing. Just use the USPS or UPS. Both are far superior.

I hate fed ex they take a week or so after your package is suppose to be delivered on the date u were supposed to receive your package

Nice people in great place. They offer excellent customer service. Yet they enlightened me on much cheaper ways to ship my packages.
