Initially I was nervous about laminating my prints (24x36 and 11x14) here but when I called, they answered every question I had. When I finally went into the store, I was helped immediately and the lamination process took less than 10 minutes!

They don’t know what they are doing at all.
They can’t even resize a photo to print.
Waste of time!!
He said “ all photos are regular to us and it don’t mean nothing to us 😅😅😅😅”

For your knowledge regular photo size is 4x6 inches.
Try to train yourself and your employees before you run a business.

The most professional and helpful staff. I have come in with numerous, chaotic print orders and they go above and beyond to make sure that each one comes out exactly the way I want it. The amount of time and care they give is remarkable, especially considering how much they have to juggle. Even when they’re busy there is very little wait time. They proactively greet people and ask right away if you need help, providing options for every need. Honestly just great people who are good at their jobs.

I went to FedEx on EVERETT Mall Way this morning. Not know how to do what I needed to do there. Andrew walked me thru the whole process and he even went so far as to put together the 6 packages together in order and paper clip them for me. This was such a help to me as I had no idea how to do this correctly. What a great help Andrew was to me today… and did it with a smile! Thank you Andrew!❤️

Heidi is a racist! Also rude and unprofessuinal refused to assist me shipping a passport which is time sensitive. My wife who is white had no issues shipping her passport here last week. You will be reported to the authorities.

The worst customer service that I can recall! I went there to scan and email some documents. The manager was immediately rude and obnoxious! After she flat out refused to help me, she actually told a kind employee that was trying to help me that they where not allowed to help me in any way. Not only was she treating me like this, she treated her own employee absolutely terrible. And all this with the most obnoxious smirk on her face! Iwas so disgusted by this, I picked up my money and left this place to look for somewhere that knows how to treat people let alone customers! This experience was so bad that i will never go to the Everett mall way FedEx again. The manager is caucasian, in her mid 30's to early 40's, brown hair, slightly large gums. If you make the mistake of going here, I would very much recommend avoiding her, though she makes that pretty much impossible. She made the store as a whole very unpleasant, and I feel very bad for her employees. The ups store down the road has much better customer service! Its like night and day.

The gentleman working there was incredibly condescending and rude. I wish I got his name. He’s a white middle aged male with grey hair and a grey beard. i dont have to use fedx much so i wasnt really sure how to do it ? so instead of telling me how to process worked i was suppose to read his mind ? when i got tired of his attutied and ask why he was being so rude he got mad and kick us out lol

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The staff member in charge appeared completely uninterested in her job and displayed a poor attitude. She was unwilling to assist me with a simple print job and failed to provide clear information about how their system works.
The store/FedEx charges based on time, requiring customers to estimate in advance how long they will need to use the computer and pre-authorize their credit card. If the estimate is incorrect, both the money and time are lost, and the process must be restarted from scratch. For a reason unknown to me, the staff was not willing to share this information, taking only 20 seconds or so to tell a customer. Without knowing the above (that I figured out through experimenting!) I asked her about the costs for usage and print. The numbers she threw at me turned our to be wrong either!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I'd never use their services and strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Unfriendly, first thing he said was my dog wasn't allowed even though there was no sign. Then he kept telling me he couldn't help me do what I needed but didn't offer any alternatives or ideas. Seemed bothered by people coming in. I left and went to UPS.

Worst shipping company. I use USPS, USP and FedEx. Out of the three this is the only one I have had problems with. Not only is it more expensive, it’s slower usually unless you spend a lot. The package that I had issues was about $75 to ship. Pre paid and it was paid. I printed the label and then sent it off. Now over 30 days after sending it that’s where problems occurred. They first said I over paid and sent something saying I would get $23 back or something but then a few days passed and they said I owed money on a pre paid label lol. They are so confused and I called but guy says I owe now. It’s so weird to me they do business like that now a days. So I paid for a pre paid label, printed it, sent it off, it arrived fine next day and then after that you say I owe money after already stating I over paid.
I will avoid fedex at all cost but I average 50-75 packages a month I send out. Some have to go certain places that fedex can get to faster but it’s definitely not worth the headache now. So I’m done with FedEx. I will just tell my customers the longer shipping estimates. It’s better this way :)

Keep away from this location. Came to ship a package that had prepaid label. They added a FS Surcharge for printing a prepaid shipping label and charged me 3$ for it. Rip off .
