I made it home! I have been holding my breath while driving my truck for the last two and a half weeks after another repair shop messed it up. I'm very happy to say that my truck drives correctly again! Thank you Firestone! You all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be back!

Jim is AMAZING!!! Total life saver. We caught a flat on the way home from a road trip and rolled into Firestone 10 mins before close and Jim got us all squared away in 30 mins. He was great.

The amount of care they had speaks more volume then one can imagine! Im a single mom who travels the country! Im not from here, im from 3k miles away! I came in for an oil change while driving, they did a complete inspection on my car, they found a tire that needed replaced! 2 weeks ago before I started my road trip I had my car inspected, And they said it passed inspection! A month ago I had to replace a tires and they didn’t inspect the other tires! Just popped one on and went on with it. Today, I needed an oil change, and they did whole car inspection, and found the tires in question that needed replaced! I’m shocked the other place didn’t catch this but they caught it! But I’m so thanks foul these guys went out of their way to catch this fire cause it’s the kind of tire that can cause major problems! So proud of them and their team! Thank you so much!

I was very satisfied with my experience at the South Everett Firestone Complete Auto Care. The staff was professional, the service was completed in a timely manner, and they explained the work that was done clearly. I would be very likely to recommend this location to friends and family. The combination of friendly service, transparency, and efficiency made it a positive experience.

My girlfriend knocked the valve stem off a trailer tire which left her with a flat on I-5 and in a BAD mood. I took the tire in and they got me fixed up in a couple minutes. Great speedy service! Thanks for helping put out the fire

My experience with Firestone in Everett, WA was nothing short of fantastic. I am from Oregon and needed to get back home after working on/renovating a condo in Everett. Having picked up a nail in my passenger rear tire (and finding out the car has no spare), I stopped in at Firestone shortly before they were closing (sorry for the inconvenience guys). Chase was the front counter rep that assisted me and he and staff bent over backwards to get me back on the road very quickly. They didn't have to, but they stayed open past closing time to make this happen. They could've very easily turned me away, but THIS kind of customer service needs to be acknowledged in my opinion.
Guys, thanks again for helping a situation that most people and companies might not have. You took a stressful situation for me and remedied it with customer service. It's really appreciated... you guys Rock!

I was pretty disappointed with my recent experiences at the auto shop. I had scheduled an oil change appointment, which usually takes 30-45 minutes, but both times my car ended up sitting there for over an hour while the manager and staff were chatting in the lobby. I had to inquire about when my car would be worked on, and only then did the manager finally move things along. I thought having an appointment would ensure things ran smoothly. I just don't have the time to keep reminding people to do their jobs.

this location is very good on their oil change prices, but this time it took much to long due to a problem with a prior customer taking off with my keys.

I want to commend two of the most experienced technicians at Firestone, David and Blake. They consistently do excellent work and are always courteous and professional. Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service ensures a great experience during each and every visit. I left the location with a distinct impression that it has profound labor problems indicative of the current economic environment. 1) not enough mechanics to attend to all the work scheduled for that day 2) uneven distribution of work among the few mechanics that were there 3) manager unwilling or unable to assist 4) communication problems among mechanics/manager on work flow. As a result, the service took twice as long as estimated. After I checked out and paid the bill, my vehicle was parked in the service bay, waiting for the mechanic to return from test driving another vehicle. I felt ignored and exploited.

The manager is so friendly and seems to really care for his customers and his team. They had an emergency at their store and he still took care of me with no appointment and recommended I also get new tires and took care of that same day as well. All the people where friendly and professional.
