Absolutely the worst buying experience I’ve had recently. We visited the store twice to find the right flooring. Timing was important so we asked the associate on the floor about delivery times and were told it’s one week. Great, my wife went to the store to order, got a credit card, and when it came to payment the timeline extended to 2 weeks. She was shocked, but no one was able to help or was interested in helping on the spot. We decided to get used to this and wait. In the meantime - no information, no updates on the timeline. After waiting for 2,5 weeks I realized the floors won’t be delivered whatsoever. I called the store, wasted a day of my time to get straight answer, unsuccessfully. It’s 2025, I’m spending 5k on flooring and there’s not a single person assigned to the purchase or an automated system dedicated to proactively updating me on the order. The managers solution was to…cancel the order! As a result, we wasted 3 weeks of time, two trips to the store, about 20 calls to the store to get an update and now we have to cancel the credit card. I will never visit the store again and make it my life’s mission to make sure that not a single person I know buys from floor and decor. Oh, almost forgot - they didn’t add the 10% discount to the order they advertise all over the store when we were making a purchase and after we took the time to get the credit card, my wife had to remind them.

Honestly, have been satisfied with the service experience and customer handling for years now. Everything is available at the store you require and need, cross buying and selling and returning is easy. It’s the way to go for any contractor. Also, handling your customers in store with one of their professionals. It’s a breeze and helps, win the project and helps your own brand. Always a positive experience with Manny and team!

Omg! This place has everything you need for tiles on floor and walls. Needed some tiles for a fireplace around for the next day and came away with what we needed and the grout and everything that goes with tiles. David was an incredible help.

Staff extremely knowledgeable about flooring installation. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance. When I checked out Manuel one of the associates was so pleasant to talk to with such a great attitude. I definitely will continue business here.

I love the tile selections and feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I’m there but it can feel a little overwhelming. Today, Christine Carson (the Senior Designer ) was hugely helpful. She steered me to a look I hadn’t considered and am very excited about. I highly recommend both the product selection and their design team.

I had a great experience shopping at Floor & Decor! The store has an amazing selection of tile, laminate, and flooring materials for every style and budget. Everything is well organized, and it’s easy to compare different options.
The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help — they gave me excellent advice on materials, adhesives, and installation tools. Their customer service really makes the difference.
I also like that the online catalog is convenient, and I can check product availability at my local store before going. Prices are very competitive, and the quality of the products is excellent.
Highly recommend Floor & Decor to anyone planning a remodel or home improvement project!
