“I was just at the Safeway at 520 128th St SW in Everett, WA and had gone through the self checkout. At checkout I realized I was using a card only machine and needed to split my payment between card and cash. So I called Kim, with the cool nails, over and said I screwed up and explained what I had done. She was AWESOME! Never at any point did she express any indifference, no frustration, she was genuinely happy to help. We ran into an issue after she suspended the transaction to ring up at her station so we ended up having a cashier re-ring my transaction, which was still wrong because now I wasn’t getting my for you digital discounts, but Kim was right there to make sure everything was right, she took over and corrected to prices to reflect all the discuss was just absolutely pleasant about it. She deserves recognition. She could have acted annoyed, she could have just passed me off and not cared whether it was right, but she went above and beyond to help me!”
