Would not recommend dealing with these guys especially a newer employer named Michael freaked out when we confronted him they sold us a $80 controller 7 days ago that never turned on go to return it and are told we're out of money he can't help us because he's a new manager but if we called somewhere else they might be able to do it for us but he didn't want to. How rude is that. So we're out almost $100 during Christmas time thanks game stop will not return honestly would rather go to Walmart across the street. What are we supposed to do with an $80 paper weight ?

Do not support this GameStop. An employee named DeeDee is a racist and discrimnates. Ordered 3 games online and one of the games was not factory sealed and appeared open-box with the game floating around in the case not properly seated. Customer support and her manager Calvin approved an exchange/return but she wouldnt do it and accused me of being a liar and that I tampered with the game and that gamestop never makes mistakes. She proceeded to tell me I'm basically stuck with the game and no one can help me (in-store or customer support). She kicked me out of "her store" and later that evening threatened my Fiance (who went in solo) with calling security just because she politley asked for clarification on return/exchange policies . Cant believe she even had the nerve to put down her own collegues (call center) and she kept forcing me and my fiance to go to Target and deal with it there? DeeDee stated: "Customer Support don’t know anything about policies, returns, and exchanges. They told you what you wanted to hear. And if you mail it back, they are not going to do anything about it because you opened the game.” She needs to be terminated and doesnt belong in cutomer service.Where are the high ethical standards?Is DeeDee who you want representing GameStop colors/brand to the community?Is DeeDee holding herself accountable to GameStop’s operating principles and core values of honesty, integrity, respect, and operational intensity?Did DeeDee do the right thing?Did DeeDee follow the return/exchange policy?Is DeeDee abusing her power kicking people out of "her store" and threatening to call security just because of a polite simple question and a just return/exchange?“Our obsession with delighting customers starts with doing the right thing”-Matt Furlong (CEO of GameStop)

Store says open at 11:00 am and they wasn't. If you're going to open up later then this. The store people should of put on the door saying this. To me that is bad business hear. I'll be calling the main office hear and reporting this to them.

The people who work there are pretty knowledgeable about video games and video game culture. They are also very friendly and want your visit to go well. I couldn't ask for more from a store employee! If I could leave a tip I sure would have!

Was put on hold for 40 mins and was not helped. I was assured after calling two minutes later and was helped…. Seriously 40 mins to be told would leave a product to the side sold it and as a disabled person it took all my energy to get up there and they sold it. They litterally don’t care about people. Truly a garbage store

That was the best customer service experience with Kelvin for my super specific Nintendo Switch accessory I was looking for! Very rarely is that kind of friendly thorough and above & beyond kind of customer care out there any more, especially over the phone! So I bought a controller at the 172nd location in Arlington 3 days ago with the $7 warranty plan. I go into the Everett mall location and she’s telling me she can’t find anything in her system even tho I HAVE THE RECEIPT and gave it to her… so now I have to waste 30 mins travel time and GAS that I don’t have to back track to Arlington. This is NOT my fault and if I have to backtrack that far just for a controller I think I should get compensated or something…. I’m beyond irritated.
