When I'm in the area I'll stop in and see what treasures they have. It's always clean and well organized. Easy to shop. It's not crazy busy and the people are always helpful.

Not great. I think this location gets the leftovers from the other outlets.

I've been here multiple times, and it has been an okay experience. It is hectic during the daytime, so I recommend coming earlier in the day to be able to find parking. There are pretty many bins to go through, but you must battle with other customers or resellers. When the new bins came in, people would wait until they were set, but I would stay until people searched them to avoid the chaos. Also, prices are based on weight rather than item, so that is a plus.

One of our favorite bins locations. If you know, you know. Always stop by if we are in Washington.

Absolutely love the way the outlet stores work, but this one in particular is in desperate need of more parking!! It's TERRIBLE. The parking lot is ALWAYS full, and it only compounds the problem that the neighboring businesses now have signs posted that prohibit Goodwill customers from parking there, under threat of being towed. Until the parking situation is resolved, I can't give these guys more than 3 stars. Sad face.

The other day Wensday I was looking thru the furniture side and expected the same bitchy women to be there. But she wasn't and a completely opposite of her lady was there instead. She was so sweet and helpful. I hope she and more like her continues to work there.

This store has served me well for many years. Everything has its own place. It's a lot of fun to go through the bins and see what you can find. And the cost is ridiculously low. Numerous pieces of furniture and other household goods. Plenty of garments. And the price per pound is merely a few cents. I've gotten whole shopping carts for less $5. The excellent stuff is usually buried towards the bottom of the trash, although they do throw a lot of garbage on top.

This place used to be good before but now is a total mess. They’re taking all the good stuff and bring out the garbage. We’re getting tired of this is a total waste of time? that isn’t fear for the people who spend the whole day there with sad faces hopping to find something good. I recommend everyone to get together and protest about it? this have to get to the ears of the company management.

Came on 5/6/23. Almost got hit by a worker when i was trying to get out of the way to leave, as i was getting an headache from hearing a worker yell constantly and got yelled at personally. I was not even in her way, as i was moving OUT of the aisle. She was constantly yelling at people to “not touch her stuff or you will be kicked out of the store”. Same woman yelled at a little boy telling him he was not allowed to look at the toys without his parents directly by his side when all he was doing was looking, not disturbing anyone and his parents ended up being close by, she even went as far to PUSH the boy out of her way and towards his parents. There was not even a full minute of silence the entire time I was there. If it was not her telling people to not touch her things (the carts being pushed out), she was yelling at customers for something else. Incredibly bossy, very controlling woman. She ruined the entire shopping experience. I came to de-stress and ended up being more stressed than i was before! Makes me wonder how she treats her own coworkers. Is she being payed to yell at customers? Because it definitely seems like it. Not professional, patient or kind whatsoever.

Employees are kind and respectful, you can tell that this location has high standards for customer service. I had several different interactions and all of them were respectful.

I am a regular here since 2018 and this is my favorite thrift store for obvious reasons. You can’t beat the pricing, the selection takes patience to dig thru but sometimes you find really cool things and the staff is amazing. Johnny and Becky are my favorite supervisors. I hope this store never closes. I recommend a mask, gloves and a backpack for easier shopping. Check out the furniture store next door as they have good deals as well.

NEEDLES...filthy clothes...and employees actively preventing customers from trying to make sure the things they buy aren't covered in stains. Weird. I used to like coming here and have come intermittently over the past 15 years, preferring it over their Seattle location, but lately changes have been made that make finding decent item like finding a needle in a haystack. Literally. Recently I had a needle stick in one of the clothing bins. I brought it to an employee's attention and they didn't really seem concerned. No offer or suggestion was made that I get checked to makes sure I didn't get hepatitis or something as a result. Nothing. The lighting is garbage, so things will look like they're in good shape but you'll get them home only to find out they have stains that weren't visible. In the past if you checked your items very closely with the natural light at the windows it was a lot better. I was recently informed by management that they DO NOT WANT PEOPLE CHECKING ITEMS BY THE WINDOW. So much so that they have put up a barrier by the window "for the shopping carts," but this area remains empty from about 9:00 till close as the carts are all in use, so it's clear what the real purpose is, considering the previous location for the carts was never an issue. Most of the employees are actually really nice and helpful, I don't think this is something they want to be doing, rather it seems to have come down from upper management. I'm guessing if you buy more garbage then that helps their numbers. Yay for corporate greed. Oh yea. There's a weird mystery dust that comes up from the clothes. If you don't wear a mask there's a solid chance you'll be coughing for days after your visit and your lungs will hurt. So. Wear a GOOD mask or sacrifice your lungs. You're essentially dumpster diving through goodness knows what, at a business that doesn't care about your safety, while they actively work to ensure that you buy their actual garbage. You may find a treasure. You may find a needle. You will likely spend more time than it's worth finding that "treasure," and when you get home you'll likely see stains or damage that wasn't visible when it was in the store. May the odds be ever in your favor!

If you're patient, you can get some great offers here. Use protective gloves if you must rummage through who knows what. However I have never had a negative encounter.
