Yes yes and to all the 1☆ reviews, not shopping there ever again. Worst than inflation! And not even helping others much, CEOs making millions. Losing lots of business, just word-of-mouth chit chat, nobody has anything good to say about the Goodwills.Find your good deals on Offerup, Nextdoor or Craigslist. If I'm even close to Lynnwood, always stop at Bella's Voice, wonderful place, great prices and the best of the best work there. See items with Goodwill sticker still on it, their price is half. Discounts too. 2nd store has furniture and miscellaneous cool stuff. My SUV loaded.Just maybe Goodwill will figure out what's wrong.

Goodwills prices are just way to high now. You guys basically charge full price for used items. Its not very affordable anymore. A 3 year olds used pair of leggings should be 99cents not $6.99. I use to love the goodwill but I will buy brand new instead of used .

We frequent the donation station mostly and secondly the retail store. They always have so much good stuff. Especially things we forget we needed.

This is the most ridiculously priced goodwill I’ve ever been too. 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles for $8.99. Lol. Same puzzle $9.99 brand new on Amazon. I don’t get it.

Goodwill used to be my go to thrift store until they got greedy.. Extremely high prices on donations. No senior day once a week anymore and only a small percent of on a color tag that's worn out it's welcome in the store. Maybe Goodwill should take advice from value village. Compare parking lots n see who's more crowded. Once a week senior discount, Discount for donations to use in the store, Also color tag discounts on certain days. The store has a huge selection on just a out everything. I will not shop at goodwill ever n infact my large family all goes to value village vs. Goodwill rip off! Mr. Goodwill, you've gotten too greedy. When is enough money enough??? Not with my dollar!!!

Do not go there, not a good place to shop. First reason, the prices on everything are so high that you could buy brand new shoes from Walmart. Beanies, or sweatshirts from Hobby Lobby. Secondly, extremely poor customer service with 4 out of 4 employees I asked for help, i was basically ignored. Thanks for nothing.

I have been shopping at Everett Goodwill for years, and I enjoy searching for items needed and fun treasures.Unfortunately, as we all have experience and expressed prices have gone up. But then we take a look at the difficulty in donations and theft.May our community support Goodwill job training.

At first glance, this location seems very nice. A lot of effort was put into displays and color coordination. Unfortunately, a lot of the clothes are damaged, and the prices are nuts. Goodwill used to be a place where you could get used clothes for cheap prices. Now it seems they mark everything up as high as they can. 40 bucks for a pair of used shoes is ridiculous. People need to remember that thrift stores are supposed to be affordable for those without another option.

I used to love going to this goodwill. I have always been able to find presents for my loved ones here that are affordable in price and decent in quality. However, I recently visited this location and was shocked at some of the prices and how filthy everything was. $20 for a vase, $15-20+ for a shirt. I thrift because I can't afford prices like those. It's disappointing to see these price gouges. Also, a lot of their items were chipped, damaged, and dirty - much more than your average thriftstore and more than this location used to be. However, their cashiers are so friendly and helpful - 5 stars for them!

I just tried to return a dirty chair I bought from them because I thought I could clean it and the employee stated that it was brand new when they received it and that I was the one who made it dirty. Couldn’t return it and said they never sell anything this dirty or for 136 dollars. She also stated that we get brand new stuff from target and that nothing is ever in this state. It’s always “brand new.” Um sorry but if it’s brand new like you’re stating, it would still be at target. Sorry you lost my business and need better customer service. And to also not call people liars and think they’re cheating

Really super over priced. It's a thrift store not a mall. Its funny that they tried to charge me 14.99 for a shirt that was used and when I asked the manager to take the price down she said no. I said wow I can buy that brand new for that price. She was acting like she works in a high end store. I would tell everyone not to go hear unless they want to FULL PRICE FOR SOME USED ITEMS and awful service. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY .

They are 100% with the knowledge and approval of the supervisor selling black caricatures Jim crow style items. Like pepper and salt shakersThis was brought up to the supervisor who immediately dismissed it and proceeded to bad talk the people who brought it to their attention to the next customers.

Love this place. I have been shopping at Goodwill since the early 70s.

I used Yelp for location of nearest Goodwill. Middle of the day, Yelp said it was open. Lo and behold, it was closed.
