Jaidyn and his team provided a great experience for us. Came in for an oil change on a Saturday morning, no lines, quick oil change, checked and changed cabin filter, vacuumed the car and replaced windshield wipers within 20-30minutes! Great service, didn’t try to up sell us and everyone was kind and friendly. Would recommend this team.

We got both of our vehicles oil changed recently. We got a high mileage oil for our truck. Within two days, it started making weird sounds. Bad engine sounds. We checked the oil and it looked super low and super light/thin. Almost like watered down. We could hardly even read the oil on the stick. We ended up emptying the oil and replacing it with oil we normally use - a lot thicker than whatever they used. Our truck stopped making those sounds and seemed to be running normal after. Not sure what happened there. Basically was a waste of money for an oil change.
They definitely try to sell extras as well. So make sure to stand your ground if you just want an oil change.

Turned my finance away and told her that they couldn’t do an oil change because my 2022 bronco sport required a special filter. I called my dealer and also asked another shop and both told me that it takes the most common oil filter. Don’t waste your time here.

I tried this business for the first time because of the coupon I received in the mail. I had high hopes as they listed all of the services that were included with an oil change such as vacuuming etc. and I figured I could be in & out fairly quickly. They initially asked if I wanted my wipers replaced and I said yes. More than an hour later, they finally finished without having vacuumed my car, never replaced wipers as requested and there were people who’d arrived after me that finished in 10 minutes! Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed.Service: Oil change

My windshield wiper had flown off after being put on by a family member.? The attendant at Grease Monkey quickly replaced them for no charge and sent me on my way. I was flabbergasted! I'm so thankful!!!

Really fast service, they know what they are doing. They explained the other services that I might need but zero pressure showed me my air filter that was a little dirty but said it had plenty of life left. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

My Ford F 150 was making a creaking sound when I drove. They don't usually do these types of things but Jaidyn said they would take a look and at least grease the fittings to see if it helped.
Turns out both fitting caps were clogged and the boots were empty. They replaced them and lubed them then explained everything to me. They were professional and very kind. I appreciate what you guys did. Thank you!

Go to a different location. Consumers beware, if you visit the monkeys in the zoo at this location, be sure to bring bananas and keep an eye on them so they don't get into your engine compartment. Their code word for lying is miscommunication. They target women and the unknowing by frightening them into unnecessary repairs. Read the bad reviews, they were written by people for a reason. The owner and manager condone each other and try to mop up the damage later. Store manager told my wife her coolant was discolored and wouldn't hold pressure, suggested a flush which he couldn't figure out how to do. Suggested she not drive it and not to take it to a dealer. He said if taken to dealer they would want to replace the entire cooling system, OMG! She drove it back and forth camping across the state with zero issues. This manager is defensive about what happened for a reason, totally incompetent.
