Terrible service. Mediocre cut. This was my daughter’s back-to-school hair cut. She’s fifteen. It wasn’t complicated. I asked the stylist several times to please DRY and STYLE it for her. She told me she would need to charge extra and I gladly agreed to pay. Every two minutes she would ask me if that was enough, but she didn’t do anything at all. Ten minutes later, it looked the same. Wet and flat. No product. She didn’t even turn a hot tool on. I just paid for the cut, took my daughter home and dried and styled her hair for her. Not worth the wait or the trouble. I strongly suggest going somewhere that has service in mind, somewhere that cares more about the customers.

The lady had no clue about how to give a haircut to a baby girl. Apart from that she seemed to show no care about how kid is reacting and was not
gentle. This is definitely not a place you’d want to go to for a kids haircut.

Ruth really did an excellent job on my hair. It’s not easy to cut and she did it with such finesse. Wow!! I’m so impressed. Thank you so much Ruth!!

I have naturally curly hair and requested a product to help moisturize my curls. Ivy suggested Latitude natural style cream, just wanted to make commission I guess. I got curious and reviewed the ingredients AFTER already purchasing the product. It contains at least two of the 'bad' alcohols that dry out, frizz and cause breakage for curls.
Always, always do your homework on hair products as the stylists don't always know themselves what's safe for natural curls. I threw the bottle out and won't be returning there.

Title: Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place
I recently visited Great Clips and had a very disappointing experience. The barber, named Hien, was extremely arrogant and made the entire visit uncomfortable. Not only did they fail to listen to my requests, but their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns to the management, they were completely unempathetic and did nothing to address the situation. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for a pleasant and professional haircut experience. There are plenty of other salons that treat their customers with respect – unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.

Finding someone who cuts your hair well is difficult, but when you find them, don't stray! I have had great cuts from Ha and from Hahn at the South Point location just north of Lynnwood. I was pressed for time recently and used a different location, which was a mistake. A few days later, Ha was able to correct the uneven cut I received at a different location, preserving as much length as possible. Not only does she cut my hair beautifully, but she is very sweet!
