So freakin lovely. Owner & staff is so welcoming. Other shoppers are too. I felt like I walked into a circle of friends who were willing to bring me in. This was my 1st experience in an actual yarn store. I ditched my hubby at the casino & went & found this cute lil house. I dove into the "sale annex" & picked up some amazing full price yarns. I recently booked and took a private class with Amy after hours to learn beginning crochet. Amy was so great, I would recommend her to anyone looking to try a new hobby. She was so patient and encouraging, offering to repeat the process multiple times and show me as much a I needed. Her instructions were very clear and she was thoughtful about practicing before moving onto the next step. I am looking forward to having a future lesson with her and gaining some more confidence in the skill! Thank you Amy for your generous time and expertise.

I was in Everett visiting my brother and saw this store. Their selection is amazing. So many kinds of good quality yarn and supplies. Great colors! The staff was very helpful too.

The name says it all, a yarn shop packed full of great yarns! I was impressed by the inventory and selection and the ladies were very friendly and helpful. I'm visiting from out of town so I wasn't looking for anything specific but still managed to find some yarn that I just couldn't live without.

The best place ever to get yarn. Be ready to spend a bit because 1 you can't walk out of there with just 1 thing! 2 the yarns are mostly more pricey but they are also very high quality and have things for people looking to spend less. I got a 9$ wool sock yarn and it is wonderful to work with!

BEST yarn store! They have such a huge selection of every color, style and variety of yarns. I especially appreciate the selection of blends - I knit a ton of baby blankets and new mothers need machine wash and dryable. Great Yarns always has enough yarn in every color - multiple lots in the same dye lot. Service is great. Fontelle is so helpful as are her employees. I am so thankful for their help with determining which yarn is appropriate and how much to buy. I drive past many yarn stores (25 miles) to shop here. Prices are great, notions are great. Inviting, charming, warm converted old home makes this store extra special.
