Greyhound management is trash.Our bus broke down at 1am in Canada just past the US border and the driver had no idea what to do. Despite his calls to the company his best suggestions were US Uber (that won't work), have friends pick us up (many don't have this option hence bus), or wait til the next bus (noon the next day). I paid for myself and 3 passengers to get a taxi to the intended station drop-off and Greyhound refuses to pay me for it. They also refuse to refund the ticket. So I guess we all paid for an attempt at transit?I've also waited for 2 separate buses from this station that didn't show. No cancellation or notice. This is a garbage company that knowingly treats passengers poorly.

Bus was scheduled at 11 am from Everett station for Spokane. After waiting for bus till 11:45 i tried to get some status of bus but there is no customer service there and no one from Greyhound then i tried to reach them over the call and after usual waiting customer service agent said bus is cancelled. I was surprised as there is no prior notification or email and it was very important to reach spokane that day. If I didn’t called them I couldn’t know about this and i would be waiting and waiting. This is for bus cancellation now comes the worst part they said they will refund the amount but i have to fill the form. I filled that initiated for refund. They said i will receive cheque within 14-21 working days. After following up n number of time its been 3 months i am still waiting for refund cheque and whenever I contact they reply with copy paste answer kindly allow us more time

1:19AM 12/6/2021 I had a confirmed ticket and Greyhound left me stranded in the cold (37dF) and the dark (midnight) at the Everett WA bus station. The bus came to the Everett station 15min. late, the driver looked at my confirmed ticket, and said he will not drive me to my destination in Weed CA. He said he will only drive as far as Seattle, and then the bus will be out of commission because he won't drive it any further. Then he told me to get off his bus and get another bus tomorrow, or sleep on the street in Seattle, because Greyhound will not put me up in a hotel in Seattle even though Greyhound screwed (he says) up my ticket and the bus scheduling. Greyhound, are you really this incompetent? Really that bad?

There's three working vending machines offering water, sodas and juice, with one solely for Coke. Restrooms are kept hygienic. Lady behind the counter was helpful if a bit brusque. A peaceful, clean room where the bus drivers come in periodically to announce departure.
