The ladies at Hair Masters are kind and patient and they really know their craft! For me going to a new hairdresser can be a daunting experience. Emma not only listened to my haircut request, she even remembered details from the last time she cut my hair. She knows how important a good hairstyle is!

I’ve been seeing Tim at Hair Masters for a while now, and I just have to say he’s been absolutely amazing. He’s helped me transition my thin hair to a lovely blonde as those grays started to peek through. Not only is he super thoughtful and experienced, but he’s also genuinely focused on keeping my hair healthy without pushing unnecessary services. If I could give him a 10 star review, I totally would! Thanks, Tim!

I made an appointment online for 2:45 and showed up a few minutes early. The ladies called me back right away, so there was no wait time at all. Minh was my stylist, and I absolutely loved her! She was extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. She did a wonderful job and gave me a beautiful haircut. Thanks to her, I left the salon feeling more confident about myself than I did before. The woman at the front desk was also very nice! Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Minh!

Minh is fantastic! She really cares about what she's doing--she takes her time and doesn't rush. She has a great personality, and she is fun to talk to. There's a closer Hair Masters that I could go to, but I drive further because I like Minh.

Made an appointment online for 12:30pm. Was there at 12:20pm. Moved to the chair to get ready when another customer came in who had a 12pm appointment and the stylist told her she could come at 12 or 12:30pm. Stylist asked me to move back to the lobby to wait. OK, fine, I can wait for one person. Then she came over to tell me there's another person who's coming at 12:30 too so if I can come back in an hour. I said no as I made my appointment for 12:30 as well, so I left. Apparently they do not track appointments here and it was super awkward for the clients trying to figure out what is going on. I see why this location has much lower stars now and will not be back.

The lady that I had very nice
Way more expensive then other places
Charge you for extra thing you did not ask for they don't understand the word NO I don't need that no other place charges this stuff i called other places won't be back
