Hit a felled tree during that wind/rainstorm in mid August. Every other repair shop said they couldn’t look at my car until mid September except Hanson. They got my car in within the week and replaced the front bumper, matched the paint job, replaced the right lower light, and cleaned my entire car on top of it. Very speedy and great service. Definitely recommend.

What an amazing job they did for my truck, so my truck got bad scratches from someone’s car at the store parking lot and I took it to Hanson Auto Rebuild to get it fixed and they fixed it right away without a charge. I ? recommend this place to get your vehicle done. The customer service is awesome professional and friendly. I will be your forever customer. Took our 2017 Honda Civic in for repairs to front and back bumper replacement and some side collision repair.
Elise in front office was very professional and easy to work with. They took photos of the car and submitted claim to insurance company.
Repairs were done in reasonable time and we were very happy with the results. I had limited effort with insurance company which approved all repairs with little discussion.
And the finishing touch is they did a marvelous cleaning of the interior and exterior. My wife could only say WOW!!!!
Highly recommended.

I had some minor scrapes on my car from a bad turn into a shopping cart corral, and they were able to fit me in same day and buff it out in a matter of minutes. And they did it in the rain, no less. Would 100% visit again (although, hopefully I won't need to ;-))

I've got a modern Lexus that had front end damage, and I'm pretty particularly picky about repairs, but Hanson absolutely nailed it. From dynamic cruise control repairs to panel alignment, everything is spot on amazing. Unless you went underneath the car, there's no way you could tell there's been a hint of damage - and I've worked concours judging before! The only exception to that is my headlight washer covers are a shade off (white, which is insanely hard to match in itself so completely understandable) but it's still otherwise totally acceptable. It's been a month since getting my car and I haven't had a single issue.
If you thought the end-results were amazing, then their customer service is even better. Due to the good ol' parts shortage and electronics calibration woes from the incident, my car was out a prolonged time beyond Hanson's control and as a result, they graciously covered my deductible and the OEM vs Insurance deductible difference. Can't beat that customer service!
I hope I never see an autobody shop again (because that would mean there's been another incident!), but if I did, I'd go back to Hanson's in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend Hanson Auto Rebuild to anyone! From start to finish they did a amazing job and they communicated every step of the way. They got my car in and out relatively fast. I would definitely use them again if I need too. They where perfect.

They will refuse to answer your call or if they do they will put you on hold and then just hang up the phone. Do not waste your time with this place. The receptionist barely had any clue what I was even asking.
