Hatloes is a great resource for any remodeling projects. They recommended a painting contractor who was incredible. I also recently ordered carpet from them and the sales staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and heloful. The sales associate I worked with is Scott. The installer was Mike he was very professional and the installation went very smooth. I am so thrilled with all the help I have received from Hatloes. If you need any flooring needs definitely go to Hatloe’s. I also recently had some lpb flooring installed and from the ordering to installation the service I received was incredible we are just thrilled with the service we received and the floor looks great. Thank you so much!

We had our upstairs carpet replaced with a patterned rug. The installers did a great job matching the pattern as required. We are delighted with the result. There were 2 installers (I think the minimum for a job like this) and they moved back and forth all the heavy furniture. The job took 2 days. Keep in mind that Hatloes will ask for 100% payment upfront. There is no need for the customer to take 100% of the financial risk upfront. They will accept the typical 50% down, 50% upon completion as we did. Attached are some before and after pictures.

I had such a fantastic experience with Hatloes, I would recommend them to anyone. They were recommended to me by my next door neighbor, who had had work done by the 6 years prior. I needed about 600sq ft of carpet removed and replaced with hardwood. After reaching out to a few other local companies and getting no response, I reached out to Hatloes. Steve responded to my inquiry the same day and scheduled to come over and quote the next morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He really really knows the ins and outs of the products he is selling. The quote came out very reasonable, and after some back and forth about different options and details, we settled on a date for the work to begin. Steve and his contractors were very flexible and able to fit us in within our preferred dates. The installation went very smoothly, with the contractors upholding Steve’s incredible level of professionalism and expertise. They really took pride in their workmanship, got the job finished on time and to an immaculate standard, with excellent communication and respect for my home every step of the way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will go straight to them for any future work! Thank you Hatloes!

We highly recommend Hatloes. We had to replace the flooring in our condo due to water damage. It was a bit overwhelming but working with Scott and Karla made the process easier. Hatloes has a huge selection of flooring. Scott helped us narrow down our choices and we ended up with flooring we love! Karla helped navigate the insurance portion. Jeff, the installer, was professional and easy to work with. We are very happy with the end result.

Scott at Hatloe's was lovely to work with. He was clear, concise, flexible, and made the process very smooth to have new flooring installed in our kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. Jeff was our installer and we appreciated how quick he was! His attention to detail was spectacular.

I worked with Scott and Jason at Hatloe’s.
My husband was being discharged from a nursing home and I needed to quickly get a new wood laminate floor in his room to accommodate his walker. I only had a few days to get it done. It was a small room, but a rush job and I was having to coordinate medical equipment arriving. I chose the material quickly without a lot of fuss, and Scott found something similar and less expensive already sitting in their warehouse. Jason was the installer and shuffled his schedule so that he could get this job done in time for my husband’s homecoming. In fact, he would come to our house to work after he had already worked a full day. Jason ran into a snag on the transition in the floor from the bedroom to the bathroom. There was a slight lip that would create problems with my husband’s mobility. None of the premade products would work to make a smooth transition, so Jason took it upon himself to create a beautiful transition piece for the room. Our family has worked with Hatloe’s for many years And we will continue to do so. They are part of our neighborhood and are excellent neighbors and craftsman.

Absolutely loved doing business with this company. They were very accommodating in every way. They were also very reasonably priced. Had carpeting throughout my condo as well as replacing flooring in powder room. Highly recommend them!!!

Hatloes is our go-to place for home improvement.
Recently, Hatloes replaced our entryway floor. Salesperson Scott provided personal service from beginning to end. Communication is an area of strength for Scott. He provided pertinent information re. flooring options and managed the project throughout with timely emails and texts. Scott treated us like a friend!
Installer Jeff was a pleasure to have in our house. He helped us move heavy furniture, worked neatly and carefully and was personable throughout the installation. We've been Hatloes customers for over 30 years, thanks to their outstanding personal service.

About a year ago I stopped into Hatloes Carpet One and spoke with Scott Gregerson about getting new wood floors. This was a brief visit to just get a slight overview and find out what to expect. Unfortunately we had to postpone the floors and take care of another remodeling issue. He followed up with me and I had to tell him that we couldn't proceed at that time. He was understanding and just let me know to contact him when the time was right. This year in late March I once again headed to Hatloes and was delighted to find Scott. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Since I knew nothing about flooring (hardwood vs. LVP) he patiently explained the pros and cons of both options. He was a constant throughout the entire process from start to finish always checking with me about the progress or did I have any concerns or questions. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant person who was never impatient, even though I probably asked a lot of tedious questions, and did everything to make sure that we were pleased with the product, installation and final result. Steve was our installer and I can't say enough great things about him. He is another professional and patient person. He was always on time, he completed our installation within the timeline he set, he went above and beyond to make the installation process as seamless and unintrusive as possible. When there was a decision on some point during the process he would take us through the options available and give advice but ultimately the decision was ours. We had a minor issue after completion but he promptly came and took care of that, plus helped us clean up a water issue! The entire process from start to finish was one of the most pleasant remodeling projects we have ever had done. There is not one negative comment we can make. We love our new floors! Thank you Scott and Steve and the Hatloe Carpet One team. I highly recommend this company.

Was recommended a few places in Everett to buy tile for my bathroom. After shopping around, Hatloes had the best prices. Scott Gregerson was great to work with and I was always able to get ahold of him. They work with local suppliers, so it only took a few days to get my order.... they pickup every a Tuesday for my supplier. On the day of pickup, they loaded my tile into my SUV and away I went! My next project will definitely include Hatloes!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Hatloes for a significant renovation project in our home, which included installing carpet on our complicated stairs and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring upstairs. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
First off, Lisa our sales consultant was the most patient and professional person we could have even wanted to help us. No matter how many questions we asked or how many times we changed our minds she was always willing to help with no pressure at all to force us into making a decision.
Secondly, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Eddie, whose expertise and attention to detail truly set this project apart. Our stairs presented a unique challenge due to their intricate design, but Eddie handled them with incredible skill and precision. The carpet installation was seamless, with every curve and edge perfectly aligned. It's clear that Eddie takes great pride in his work, and the result is simply stunning.
Upstairs, the LVP installation was equally impressive. Eddie's meticulous approach ensured that each plank was flawlessly placed, creating a cohesive and beautiful look throughout our home. The transitions between rooms are smooth, and the overall finish is exactly what we hoped for.
In addition to the high-quality craftsmanship, Eddie was also a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, professional, and always willing to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident every step of the way.
