Staff named Muhammad was very rude. I asked for adhesive tape and he shrugged and said I don’t know what I am asking and just left off. How hard are these words to pick up - ‘adhesive’, ‘mounting’ and ‘tape’ even if he did not knew he could have called for other staff to help or clarify.
But when after explaining what I was seeking I realized he did not want to help.
The other staff member I approached helped me and guided on what would be best option for me. 1 star as they need to train Muhammad on customer service.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went it for a torch, first off very difficult to find since everything is locked up. Second it took me 5 minutes just to be able to get in contact with someone which I was told they didn't have a key so I was sent to a different group of workers on the other side of the store. There I waited another 5-7 minutes on the person who had the said "key" which they never even ended up showing up. One of the other workers had to stop someone passing by who apparently also had access. Not to mention I did bring this up to the worker who did end up getting me the torch which she promptly hit me with the "we are busy and they didn't call me". Super disappointed in the way this was handled by all employees, honestly just go to Lowe's this place sucks!!

So glad I didn't buy my kitchen appliances here yesterday!! Went in to purchase a battery charger for my leaf blower. Couldn't find it. Asked for help. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come. Set off again to look for help. One guy went the other way when he saw me lol.
