Great experience, Angela has been helping us out with an account being closed, while the marysville branch tried to hold our money and make us fly 3000 miles from home to sign a paper because the manager doesn't like us. Use the Everett branch.

Kevin Daniels with homestreet seems to have a hard time returning phone calls promptly when closing time is on the line. I do not recommend him, as the response time to emails and phone calls was absolutely horrendous.

Gone downhill. This used to be the best bank in Everett and now the ATM is broken every time I go to use it. Thursday i had to drive to 4 locations before I found a working ATM.

This bank gets worst every year. As of June they will charge you $5.00 to get banks statements. Fee to replace lost debit card.Settlement with HomeStreet Bank for violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

They have great rates on CD's, excellent checking options and excellent customer service. They are civic minded and sponsor an Unlimited Hydroplane! They rock!
