I lived here for a year or two during my stint of homelessness .. the staff was very judgmental and unsupportive..I had a meeting with staff during my first week there and they asked me why I was homless . Instead of letting me answer I was verbally attacked by a Muslim African American man who worked there.. for being a burden on society. I was shocked by the way he spoke to me as if he was better than me.. he sounded like an uncle tom.. never felt so judged by my own kind.. aside from Everett being one of the most racist cities I’ve ever lived in it served it’s purpose.. it was a stepping stone to a better life…

If I could give no stars I would Janet rainwater is the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. Using her contacts to find people that used to live in one of there properties then show up at there house! Unethical and wrong. Also they have taken down my other reviews. Janet rainwater should be fired or not allowed to deal with people.

As with most low income organizations I’ve worked with, communication sucks. I applied several weeks ago for an apartment. They told me that I would be able to move in by the end of February. I’m between homes, so I held out on that promise. I left several messages and emailed multiple times with no response. Emailed again yesterday and the woman who helped me apply is no longer working for them (found out via automated email). I asked them to cancel the application because THANKFULLY something else pulled through, but had I needed to continue to wait, I would be in trouble. Haven’t had any communication about whether the application was cancelled or even exists at this point.

After receiving my spot in waitlist for PBV, it's now been since March they had taken deposit for the unit, not to mention I've been told numerous times to be prepared to move in with next week. Here it is almost Christmas now, and I had no choice but to register my daughter into school closest to where we are as of now, as well as treatment, medical etc. Just to get uprooted yet again, once Hasco and Housing hope decide. I understand things take time, but why rush to get deposits paid etc to leave a unit empty for 6 plus months when we already have huge homeless problem in the county. To make things even harder, I was told if I were to go back to work I'd delay my process even longer. I'm thankful, don't get me wring, however things just aren't lineing up. If I know it was gonna take this long I would of continued with the referral to get somewhere closer to my child's established learning program.

Do the steps and the program helps build an amazing future for you and your family! Some steps are easy, some are VERY hard... but every single step builds an amazing foundation to help your family thrive and become self sufficient! Housing Hope provided my family with the most amazing support!

Housing Hope is working hard to bring affordable housing to Snohomish County and to support families experiencing homelessness and poverty. Their efforts are making a difference in the lives of so many in our community.

I had a terrible 6 month long experience working with these people that ended in them taking my money. They had me fill out and pay for an application to a place that didn’t have an opening. They ignored me when I asked for updates after being told I was moving in 2 weeks, and ended in my case worker getting fired and them not telling me for weeks until I complained higher up. I was then told they would reach out and help me with other options but never did. I don’t recommend working with them

Housing Hope is the only organization in Snohomish County that tries to not only help with housing, but also with job training, child care, and educational programs to to get people back on their feet. So many people have been helped by this all encompassing approach. From homeless to home ownership is certainly possible with their programs, I have seen it happen! And 90% of all donations go directly to services, which is amazing!

So, housing hope is an organization and bussiness to a certain point and with that point no place is perfect. Because everyone makes mistakes. That's the truth. Doesn't mean it's okay, but there's better ways to handle it. And u got to do your research to know your rights, instead of blaming. I understand there may have been accurations against certain individuals who probably didn't do anything. But if are really not doing anything wrong. Then you shouldn't have to worry. As long as you can do your part and follow the rules and boundaries.

Housing Hope is a corrupt Marxist institution that violates everything law that makes this nation free. They violate human rights they break the law. These people need to be shut down . They are the greatest threat to the people they are supposed to be helping. housing Hope will DESTROY your family if they think they can get away with it. Housing Hope assesses your family for the absolutely insanely illegal "Contract Stalking" Targeted Individual/family programs. SnoCo prosecutors and Sheriff have their hands in the cookie jar and they are against America. Taking a HUGE risk with your family bringing them here. Evil villains need to be rooted out a shutdown / locked up.

Can tell the reviews that are totally fabricated that give this place anything more then the one star it deserves. These people running this place keep families when they vulnerable. They stifle progress and resources to stop families from moving out. They take money from insurance companies then provide victims for "Targeted Individual" programs. I burn with heart ache an suffering because of what they did to my family.

I spent about 6 years with Housing Hopes, housing program. I Should have stayed until I was done with school, but nonetheless they were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to help my family. I got certificates that were helpful with everyday life challenges, as a low income mother, among other helpful classes. I also received training with Ground Works landscaping, and got hired on. Housing Hope staff helped me with focusing on what I needed to, for my future. They help me through some of my darkest days; I will never forget those who helped me.SincerelyJennifer Martinez
