Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place
This is by far the worst place to buy tires. The customer service is absolutely awful — rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Prices on tires seem to change daily with no consistency or transparency, making it feel like a scam. There’s nothing honest about how this business operates. I’m honestly shocked they’re still open and believe this place seriously needs to be investigated. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere

Dishonest would be an understatement when describing this business. I got a flat on my truck at work. I aired it up and decided to stop somewhere on the way home. I ended up here because they didn't have a long wait. They removed the tire and claimed that I had a cracked wheel. Offered to sell me a new set of wheels that they had in stock for $800. I declined and had them put the tire back on my truck. Drove to Discount Tire. Discount found a screw in my tire and repaired at no cost.

I went to this place over 5 times through out a couple of years to get tires done on different cars and all my cars had vibration issues at around 60-70 miles. Never payed attention to them installing or balancing the tires kept chancing this gremlin thought it could be a bushing or a bad bearing, etc spent lots of time and money looking for the issue .Took it to RedTire and turns out they never balanced the tires and they told me at hwy99 tires that they don't need to be balanced. Horrible survice.

WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!NEEDED A TIRE DUE TO A FLAT, AFTER 3 DAYS THE TIRE I PAID $60 FOR WENT FLAT,AND WAS FOUND WITH 3 NAILS IN IT,AND THE FIX A FLAT GREEN GOO..THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOUNG YOU A FAVOR BUT DNT TRUST THEM!!!!

?? I would not recommend this shop; the staff are dishonest. They sold me what they claimed were two new front tires, but one began to disintegrate after just two weeks. When I attempted to discuss the issue with them, they showed no interest in conversing and suggested I return another day due to their busyness, despite observing them assisting customers who arrived after me. Eventually, they glanced at my tire and declared it a used one, which contradicts their assertion that it was new when purchased two weeks ago. So unless you money is no value to you do not go

Very bad service, I bought new wheels and tires for my truck and they ruined 2 studs, one on each side of the back. The manager was upset because I went back and forth to get the problem solved, they changed my wheels and tires and then, according to them, only 1 damaged tire came out but the problem continued for nothing in the world. I recommend them very stupid to do the job, I spent 2k dollars ala trash. but I went to Les Schwab Tire Center, very friendly and professional service. This is how the tire is that was one of the ones I bought, these are the 4 defective ones
