Chad is the man. He goes above and beyond and then even gives a little bit better service. Plus, he looks like my pastor. These may not be the least expensive batteries, but you’ll get it done right and at a fair price with good service.

Excellent staff. The loader was far more than efficient. Loaded within a 30 min time. B nice if we could clone him for other loading place. Gotta love him. Thanks from an ole hand driver

Asked for the battery to be will called. It wasn't. The customer service person trauma dumped life story. Then became very rude when asked a simple question ⁉️. I would highly recommend making that guy work in the back of the house. Definitely will not return. Or recommend any kind of service from this location. I am sorry i would remove stars completely

Went to Interstate with a battery issue and received great service, Chad was super helpful with solving the problem. Everyone I've talked to has been knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Interstate.

My wife’s car needed a new battery and I came here after seeing all the good reviews.
I came around 5:30 and Jazmine was in the middle of closing out her register and probably getting ready to leave for the day, but she still took the time to check out my car battery (I know all about working customer service and seeing someone walk in around closing time is the worst thing ever, so kudos just for not shooing me away and still being helpful and friendly)
Unfortunately, she told me she wouldn’t be able to help today, but she could help me first thing when they open then next day. No big deal cause it wasn’t an emergency. As I was getting ready to leave she came back out and told me because she couldn’t help me today she would waive the installation fee. Totally unexpected because I’m the one who came in before closing 😂! Came in the next day, and she remembered me, and had my battery replaced in 10 mins for around $60!
Hopefully I won’t need a new battery for any of my vehicles in the near future, but if I do I’ll be coming here for sure!

Can be busy at times. The employee's are very knowledgeable and helpful and get you in and out. Been shopping my batteries there for 10yrs now

I'd been having a horrible time with my car not starting due to a bad battery. Getting a new one was way beyond what I could afford. People on the Nextdoor app aways recommended Interstate Battery to others, and had nothing but good things to say about them. When my neighbor said that they go there, too, I was convinced. I gave them a call and explained my situation to Armando. He was awesome. He had a battery for my car. They were only open for another hour that day, but he told my to come by and he'd change my battery for me. Armando is great, and so was his associate, who tested my battery and found defects all over it (from mice!!!) He removed the gross battery and didn't complain even once when battery acid splashed all down the front of his shirt. I felt so bad, but he was extremely kind and assured me that he was ok. I was in and out of there in no time... And I didn't have to spend $250 like the other places wanted to charge me. In fact, my total bill including the install was under $100. I am so thankful I went there, and I will absolutely continue to bring my car there in the future.
