I’ve been with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service for many years now and I would gladly say I am very happy with the service. This year is my first time with Tax Pro named Sanjeshi Prakash. She was kind enough to print some of my 1099s and even helped me pull my property tax from the web. I’ve been out of the country for 5 months and I was not able to gather all necessary documents for tax filing. So happy Sanjeshni helped me. I was also able to use my senior discount from the text this company sent on my phone. If you decide to use this company, make sure you sign up to receive messages to avail of promos and discounts. I’m so pleased that Arthur show and explained to me how he came up with the refund that is due to me and also take time to look on the comparisons of my previous taxes to the one this year and he will consult Nancy if my tax last year needs some amendments that is favorable on my part. He is so diligent and answers all my questions.

My wife and I worked with Nancy and Trish at Jackson Hewitt Everett office for the last two years. They were awesome, very helpful, professional and friendly. Trish , in particular, spent lots of time on the phone with us making sure that all of our information got printed properly through the portal. For us, it seemed a bit cumbersome working through. I can’t thank them enough. They were both great to work with, and I’d recommend Nancy and Trish to all my friends.

The cost for the taxes for one year $364.00. Because of the year. I filed was 3 years old. But still got my return.

They did a good job and got it all done fast. I’m only sad that some of the prices have gone up for each form you submit and I am sure the employees don’t have a say in that change, just means I need to change how much I have take out extra each paycheck
