They gave me everything they promised, which is the highest tax return back to me plus the lowest price to pay for my taxes to be done by a professional. I would also like to add, I showed up late to my appointment with an attitude but the tax professional was very polite and professional. Thank you Jackson Hewitt Tax Services!

Last week, we asked Jackson Hewitt Tax Service for help with filling out our tax report. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Svetlana, because she listened to us carefully, payed attention to details and answered all our tax related questions. In addition to the fact that Svetlana is a professional in her field, she is also an amazing nice person. When Svetlana was faced with a question that was not encountered in her practice, she called up other employees of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service experienced in this area and together they made a decision. We watched great teamwork. We definitely will work with them again.

I had some complicated issues and their rep handled it perfectly. She was thorough and took her time to make sure it was right, and I appreciated that. I never felt rushed or felt like she just wanted to get it over with. Despite my challenges she helped me get my refund that I needed. Ill def be coming back. Thanks!
