Since I was remodeling my kitchen, everything had to change — the double oven, refrigerator, microwave, and stove range all needed replacing. From the very beginning, Gayle was absolutely amazing. She brought incredible energy to every interaction and offered detailed, informative answers to all of my questions. If she didn’t have an immediate answer, she made sure to find out — and she always followed through.
I had reached out to some of the bigger and fancier stores in Bellevue, but Gayle’s follow-up and dedication were unmatched. Even on her days off, she made herself available, which truly stood out to me.
At one point, I needed more information from Matt, the store manager, and once again, I was not disappointed. Matt was on top of everything — if he wasn’t immediately available, he called me back as soon as possible to resolve the issue and ensure everything was ready for installation. Despite having to reschedule a couple of times due to delays with my contractor, he remained kind, understanding, and flexible.
He also arranged for the best installation crew through Damian John Installations, who did a fantastic job. Even the ladies in the accounting department were incredibly helpful — they spent a long time on the phone with the financing institute, showing patience and a great attitude throughout.
My kitchen looks beautiful, and it all started with Gayle. She was the heart of this project, and the rest of the team were just the cherry on top.

I LOVE my new cooktop from Judd and Black!!! The sales person Justine was so helpful in picking out the one i preferred with knobs not digital and she searched for the best price which was a major factor for me! It came exactly in the time expected and the installation went perfectly! Great stove top and great customer service!!!!!

We had such a great experience with Justine at Judd & Black! We came in with a good idea of what we wanted for our new washer and dryer, but she helped us consider our options and ultimately sold us the set we came in wanting. She made the process easy and seamless. Our new set was delivered last week (and they took away the old!) and we are in love. We will definitely be back to see Justine for our future home appliance needs!!

I have made several purchases at J&B over the years. I have worked with a few sales associates on those transactions. By far Justine is my favorite. She knew her product well and has familiar with the process including available rebates and lead-times.Additionally, she followed through on all her promises. In short, she did what she said she would do. I would recommend J&B and if you visit the Everett store ask for Justine. I have no doubt she will treat you right.

Jayce in the Everett Mall store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to getting me the grill that I was looking for. Will definitely go back to him for every appliance need in the future because of how accommodating he was.

Brent is the best!! From the moment he greeted us we knew we were in good hands. He explained several different brands & options for us after asking about our needs. Today, courtesy of Anthony’s great assistance, I had my new LG ventless heat pump washer and dryer delivered and expertly installed!
Jason, Anthony and Chad came in, removed my old units and put in these new, high efficiency machines. All tolled, in and out in well under an hour. PUD is participating in the WA state Climate Commitment Act and I was selected to be a participant. As a relatively new widow, my husband Dwight found a way to still take such care of me… Every Christmas he loved getting
a”gift for the house” from Judd & Black.. This delivery happened just 2 days after what was our anniversary.

The best experience - after having a horrendous experience with Home Depot, I went to Judd and Black to order my appliances - Jayce was so helpful and even suggested the right type of fridge for my kitchen and the delivery Team - Adam and his crew were Amazing 🤩 Thank you so much I’m definitely referring you and if I need more appliances coming back!
