wish I could give zero stars. Three employees behind the counter, none of whom could bother to even acknowledge our presence. Went to Ferguson with our bath remodel needs and they were happy to help us spend our nearly $15k budget. The kitchen is next and guess where we will not bother to shop? Don't waste your time here. Lots of displays but best of luck getting any questions answered or trying to place an order. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted (Grohe, mostly) down to model numbers for faucets and shower. Also tub and toilet. And shower glass. I recommend you drive on by.

Good luck to anyone trying to get someone on the phone. We spent over $10k for our kitchen and bathrooms that we've been remodeling for the last 5+ Months. In the beginning we had several appointments with Monica and luckily were able to get a hold of her in order to come in and look at products, and place our orders. We noticed a big shift in communication after placing our orders. It became difficult to get answers, updates and ETA's on our orders. It would take more than a week sometimes to hear anything back, and that was after following up more than once. Simply saying, I'm still working on it would have sufficed. We've heard every excuse from ' our phones are not working' ' my email reply was stuck in my outbox'( several times) , ' I've called your phone several times and it doesn't go to voicemail'. I use my cell phone for my both professional and personal use, so to have the audacity to say my number just keeps ringing, and she can't get to voicemail is just embarrassing. We placed our 2nd custom vanity order on 3/30, and the first one just arrived and it was packed up damaged at the suppliers. By not having any solid information on when our 2nd vanity would arrive, and when our replacement vanity would be ready our timeline for scheduling countertops and moving in to our home has been delayed. I understand things happen, but to be completely ghosted by our sales person- Monica, is the most infuriating piece of this whole situation. The lack of professionalism is truly astounding. It should have been a flag to us when Monica was overly casual in an appointment stating she ''doesn't like talking on the phone, and would rather correspond through email.'' Funny.. If you're able to work with just the will call side of the business, that may be the only way to get answers and talk to someone on the phone. Luckily my contractor knows more people at Keller in order to get our vanity issue resolved. I've yet to hear from Monica after many voicemails and 5 follow up emails. Perhaps the other locations have a more seasoned professional team. This showcase also no longer has a manager, so there are not really many options to escalate issues.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tell them what your project is and they will work with you to get you everything you'll need.Purchasing items here at retail; the prices are a little higher than at locations such as Lowe's and Home Depot, but the quality and selection of components for plumbing is worth the difference.

I must say for my first time experience at Keller Supply Company was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was my first time replacing toilets, so I was a little unsure about taking on the task but after talking to the salesman I felt confident on taking on the task and having all the components needed to complete the job.Thank you Alphonso for all you're helpRob Clark

Sadly I did not read the reviews and drove here to see the show case at 8 AM. The attendant saw me drive up at the same time as she did. I didn't realize an appointment was required but figured I'd ask. Being that we are in a pandemic I returned to my car and attempted to call to discuss what I could do about either making an appointment or coming in to see the show room. She refused to answer the phone. I was forced to knock on the door. When she answered she asked if that was me calling repeatedly. I said yes and explained I wanted to do a remodel for our bathroom. Her reply was "It's the first of the month and so they had a staff meeting to go over monthly goals" and thus the showroom could not be opened. She pointed at the business cards in the window and told me to make an appointment. This is NOT a store front for the general public. They do not need your money and you will be treated accordingly. They run it as more of an office front for contractors with large projects planned. Couldn't be more disappointed :(

Building a house and the builder referred us to Keller Supply--what an easy and enjoyable experience in the Everett showroom. Sanja made suggestions based on our needs and took the time to listen. The whole experience was smooth and efficient! highly recommend especially after visiting another supply co's showroom.

I was not acknowledged the whole time I was there. By the time the woman was done helping some customers her friends had come in and so she talked to them rather than helping me. I was ready to buy. I will go elsewhere.
